            I took my 2019 Dodge Daytona Charger to them to have my air conditioner repaired when it quit working. Since then I have been hearing a loud fan noise when running my air in the car. I have taken it to them, now, 11 times. They have replaced the compressor 5 times. They have replaced a fan blower. They have STILL not fixed it. I requested that they get the Dodge dealership involved because they have been unable to figure out what the problem is. They tell me they will call ***** and ask them their opinion but theyre just going to tell them to bring the car to them which will be expensive. Theyve told us that they called them and they recommended order the same kind of compressor they used which was not so. So they are refusing to do the right thing because of money all the while most likely doing more and more damage to my $40,000 car recurrently taking parts off and on. I have been VERY patient with them and have trusted them each time theyve told me they can fix the problem. Im tired of being patient and I dont trust them. I want my car to be in the same condition it was in when I took it to them the 1st time!

            We took my moms car in on June 7th and got it back today on July 29. We wanted to get her AC fixed and it's still not working. They installed a whole new AC system, and it was still hot. They said it was the compressor, fixed it still hot, then the evaporator, it broke and again the compressor. We spend ***** there and on top of that they broke the odometer. I asked for a full refund and the owner **** ******************** threatened me by saying "if we go to court they'll say I won't have to pay the amount and your mother's attitude was terrible. " He claims my mom was terrible the first she went there and threw her keys across the office. I was with her the first time few times and she did no such thing. i said if you have the footage I want to see it, and if she acted that way, why didn't you tell her to leave then? STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! They're crooks
