      On Sept. 16, 2024 "*****," of Atlantic Windows quoted the installation of glass patio sliders he was in possession of and would install at my condo for $2940. I paid $1,500 to Atlantic Windows, up front. On Nov. 15, 2024 ***** called and texted me. When we spoke he stated the *********** threw away the sliders. Atlantic Windows was to issue a refund of the $1,500 and he would bring the refund payment to me at my condo. I have emailed Atlantic Windows and texted "*****," and called the Office number to no avail. No answers to my emails, texts or phone voicemail message.

      Gave a deposit of $10,000 for 3 new sliding doors at my mother's condo June 2023. Slight communication from them stating doors were damaged on way from *****. Have sent many emails, texts, calls to get an update. No answer as to scheduling. Requested deposit return and again no communication back from them. It is now 1 1/2 years later and no doors. I will be filing a complaint against his license as well.

      May 2023 initial deposit for several window replacements and door replacements.July 2023 came to do an install, disassembled and tore out a French door in our home and somehow forgot to bring the replacement. 2 hrs later they came back with a new French door that, they admitted, wasn't the proper one and did a very shoddy job replacing. I waited and finally received an email for an install date which they proposed to be Nov. 7th 2023. And they would do the entire job in 3 days. Nov 7th came and no word. When I called or texted I got no response. I emailed and got a response saying that they didn't have all the parts that they needed and the manufacturer got a lot wrong on the order. I asked to cancel the work, in an email, and asked for my money back minus a small amount for the rreplacement door that the did, which still doesn't fit right. I have heard nothing back from the company and I cannot get ahold of anyone. They will not respond and have over $20,000.00 OF MY MONEY

      I apologize about the late response, your 1st request was never received and the 2nd was sent to the junk folder.

      As shown in the above emails we acknowledged the issues that arised with this order when it came in, we then placed another order and since it did not come in a timely fashion ***** asked for a refund with a $2,000 deduction which of course we appreciate the effort but we were so negative on income for this job that we asked for his patience and promised to make it right as shown. These emails don't include the phone conversations we had with the customer and we wish things had not gone this way but with the supply chain issues and having no terms with vendors after covid and this being all custom made we can not return the product and get a refund. We have asked for more time and to try and make it right and do not know what else to do at this point besides that. Per permitting we did not submit permitting until the product arrived here since the *** had changed. We have had almost zero issues when it comes to things like this yes product takes a long time to come but this is our 2nd order ever that has come in so wrong that it crippled the business cash flow. That is on us to fix which is why we asked for his patience and promised to make it right. 

      Please let me know the next steps regarding this, we were given 10 days to respond but the complaint said it was closed after 3 days.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Atlantic Windows has not attempted to answer any of my texts and what ever calls I had recieved was from an apprentice not from the owner or anyone with authority or any answers. They have not attempted to call me and I have not reached out again since lodging this complaint. There has been absolutely No effort on atlantics part to try and contact me by email text or phone. They fail to be accountable in any form of communication with their customer and I still have a door that they replaced, incorrectly, and  I have had to duct tape and readjust hindges often as it is an entrance used daily. 
      I have absolutely No trust in this company as they fail to communicate in any fashion.

      I still have had absolutely no communication from this company. 
      they have over $20,000.00 of my money and I have already requested my deposit be returned. 
      No one is accountable , nor in communication from Atlantic Windows and doors
