    I hired Cimex Solutions for a rodent issue at one of my properties. ***** was extremely prompt and immediately assured me that he and Cimex Solutions were right for my home. Rodents are gone and all the holes they made have been repaired. I have since recommended Cimex to my friends and family.

    Hired Cimex Solutions Jay Schmidt owner-via reference of Heron Pest Control. Had a raccoon & rats?? in attic. 1. I was grossly overcharged; my fault for accepting amount charged. 2. After initial visit, always had excuses for not coming. The raccoon was legitimate, claimed we had rats in attic that he put in a bag and threw in the back of a very high truck so I don’t know if rats were in the bag or not. 3. Had to contact credit card company to start a charge back, only then did we get some service. 4. Excuses, excuses for not coming when he said he would. Seldom went in attic. 5. He did replace a small amount of insulation & sanitized attic. In summary, do not hire, this company is out for the money.
