      Thier name should be Zero Star Homes because that is exactly the kind of service you get. Listed my home in Nov 2023 in time for the winter market. 2 days later my realtor was fired. I had bought and sold with her twice before and she was fantastic which is the only reason I listed with Zero Star.I requested that I be allowed to terminate my listing and the manager **** would not allow that. Why you would want an unhappy client is beyond me?. I was then given a new rep who although lovely had no social media skills, no fb, no insta oh and they do not advertise. He called me to advise he quit about 6 weeks after he was assigned to me. He told me they forced him to get me to reduce my price or **** was going to assign it to another rep. I was assigned rep ** and what an individual she was. Never had an open house, Did not advertise anywhere, was belligerent, rude and in the 4 months she was assigned to me did not have one showing!! They have closed all their brick and mortar locations and a majority of the staff have left. Had I known they were bought a year ago and under a new owner I would not have listed with them. Thus the reason for the poor service.The day finally arrived where my contract was up and I immediately listed with a local agent for $27k more. My house sold in 2 days and 4 showings later with the new company. Thankfully I am not vulnerable and would not cave to their bullying. I feel sorry for people who have no one to advocate for them and get mistreated by this pathetic excuse for a company.

      Here is my reasoning, for the bad review I'm going to write. I put a deposit down signed a contract for a fully furnished house and told what you see is what you get. However, when I got my appraisal pictures, half the house was missing. Contacted the buying agent who contacted the selling agent and she went back and rewrote the contract for the contents of what was in the house. I had already signed a contract and put down a deposit. In my opinion once the contract is signed and deposit paid you don't go into that house unless it's the appraiser to appraise it. My issue was again once you sign a contract and put down a deposit nobody should be going into a fully furnished house you signed to purchase and steal things which is what *** told me she did because the owner told her she had the right to go in and take what she wanted but not after I signed a contract. And then I was told the cleaning woman threw out the house keys and the mailbox key and I had to go take care of all of that on my own without the real estate help. Not to mention the lack of professionalism when it came to closing on the house. I had to tell them what to. Since four-star ****** was representing the seller and the buying agent as well where did I come in as a client. Especially when I had to tell them what to do and they had to apologize to me over and over and over again at the lack of professionalism they had in the closing process. And if you look at the pictures now those pictures are from 20 years ago. when I went into the office the next day to complain about things being stolen from my house that I paid for they had taken off the pictures so nobody could see them.Don't ever use ********************************* she is a thief. she steals things and the agency backs her up. Not to mention how rude and degrading she is. I had to hold my husband back for the way she was speaking to me and degrading me. He was ****** with the way she spoke to me. Find a different one that's more up to date.

      I bought a house from the manager Parrish ***** (not Rosie **********) at the Vero Beach office. I was living out of state and
      he said and showed me pictures of a new roof and that house was clean. On 4-21-23, I moved into this lemon house. The roof was not new and FSH had some roofing company do a patch job. On or about, 4-30-23, when a terrible rain storm came rain was coming down in my kitchen light. Big Lakes did an estimate and Mr. ******* said he did the original roof 19 years ago. This house was filthy and from the previous owner. I will not say all the discussing items left for me to dispose of. The house was in probate and I tried to negotiate with FSH to get a cleaning service in here and to have the estate pay half of the new roof. Mr. ***** is not responding to me anymore after all the emails I have sent to include my in person vist. He advertised by deception and that is against the law!
      I have owned two homes before in Spanish Lakes Fairways and never had any issues.

      I listed my mobile home with agent of Four Star Homes named Mike *******. He bragged he never loses a sale. Couple offers came but low I had increased my asking price to match the market my place is beautiful fully furnished well worth extra. I loved my place had mixed feelings of selling but couldn't get out of the contract. He called me a liar 2 times demanding apology from me because I called him out on it. Happened when I had locked myself out he refused to give me the code to the lock box saying he didn't trust me to put the key back I needed to get to work and my keys were inside. And when I got Covid and he wanted to show my place I explained I had Covid maybe the people would be worried about getting Covid so should be told before bringing them inside but he says no one gets Covid now so I had to show him my test results. I am not apologizing. Offer came which I counter offered from $29,000 to $31,500. Mike said home inspection came back roof, electrical, plumbing bad. Buyers demanded $12,000 off. Mike set up estimates with roofing company and electrician at lil over same amount. I was devastated frightened would never be able to repair with my limited money so I agreed to it with heavy heart. Asked Mike since low offer can I take my furnishings said no says only thing holding sale was furnishings. Check at closing $16,500 bank held 11 days. My neighbor said buyers threw out all my furnishings like trash. My Friend went over there to pickup his stuff had me on his speaker phone buyer told him Mike ******* got them this place cheap from year ago same price they had offered that I had turned down plus roof, electrical, and plumbing were good. Only $200 for roof, $1000 to add 220 V line for electric range $0 for plumbing. So my question is why did I have to lose $12,000 on my fully furnished move in ready home, losing all my furnishings because the buyer thought it was trash and wait 11 days for my petty amount of $16,500 while I was in travel status ?
