5 starsI have worked with Forcefield Hurricane Protection for 14 years. At my previous address, they installed accordion shutters all around, I believe in 2008. At my present address they installed accordion shutters (2014) and a few years later they returned to install new shutters on the lanai as I had the pool renovated. From ****** in customer service to skilled installers to ***** ******, field supervisor, it is apparent that they work closely together to deliver optimum and seamless coordination of each project. They are professional, efficient and provide a high quality product. I like that they are local and experienced with the ************** area. 5 starsFirst time customer. This company was recommended by our realtor. We try to support local businesses as we have been small business owners ourselves. **** came out to do our estimate. He worked with our budget and gave us a veteran discount as well. Install was true to schedule. No delays as seems to be the norm with companies these days. ****, ***** and **** came out first thing in the morning to do the install. Left our property clean. Explained how the shutters worked. *****, the field manager, came today to finish up after inspection was done. Our first experience with this company was with ***** from the office who was very personable. She walked us around the showroom. ***** handled the scheduling and she was great as well. Everyone in this company has rendered us excellent customer service. Look forward to working with them in the future as we complete the rest of the shutter install process.Forcefield Hurricane Protection Systems®
