    A very thorough repair service. Great people that work hard. They stand by their products and have a good service contract for their appliances.

    Called when the refrigerator wouldn't cool to proper temperature . Tech came out ( He was nice ) and stated everything is running (which we knew ) and unplugged it and plugged it back in and told us to wait 2 days . Charged us a $79 fee. After he left we found that the gasket was shredded and when I spoke with frigidaire they said that would be the problem . I ordered the new part directly from them. when I called A+ Action appliance I was met with profanity and then hung up on.It was unfortunate that they chose to treat customers this way .

    The wife called not the husband while the tech was there. She did not want to pay the $79 diagnosis fee. She then called back saying he didn't open the refrigerator door which he did. She questioned the gasket which may need to be replaced but the refrigerator door had good suction on it when he was there.  He explained that she had a sealed system issue when he was there. She called a third time to harass and complain about the $79 fee. She was asked why she called us if she was the tech. She also made a statement while the tech was there about putting small businesses out of business.  She did meet with a profanity with the third harassing call.

    We bought a Maytag dishwasher from Action Appliance in October, since a neighbor told us he would install for us( he just did his), we picked up the dishwasher and had neighbor install. Worked beautifully. Unfortunately we decided to sell the house once all the damages from *** were repaired Moved to a condo in Jukymand the 8 year old GEndishwasher stopped working. Contacted Action Appliance and got a very good price for a Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Action charged $175 to install( covered all,parts needed) and hauled away the old one.Very pleased with *********** and will contact them within the next 6 months for a refrigerator/freezer to put in laundry room
