      This place is absolutely terrible! Repaired my car and assured me that it was completely done as Tommy had test drive is himself however had no air in my tires and the alignment was never done (as they claimed it was) and my steering wheel was crooked. The repairs are not holding up and when I contacted Tommy again he said he was waiting for his loaner to be back so he could get my car back in and that was 3 weeks ago…haven’t heard anything back and I’m sure I will never. They never gave me my paperwork about what they actually did Terrible

      Westcoast auto body is a fraud. They had my truck for over 6 miles months. Still not done. Every month was a different excuse. I gave him the money in advance so we didnt have problems and ever week I called it was a different excuse. Im still waiting for my truck to be finished. He had it march 27th -oct 5th and still not done. He told me to pick up my truck because we were still waiting on parts. I doubt he plans on finishing. My trim is falling off, my paint doesnt match. I will have to pay for it to be redone Do not trust them
