I would give negative stars if possible. I went into the store to let them know that I was told my floor doesnt match and that they provided their installer two different materials not one so my floors look terrible half my room is one color and the other half is a different color and texture. I was told by the sales staff that I dont know what I am talking about and that it is impossible for two different planks to click together. I showed them a photo and they said it is just the lighting!! I asked that they send someone they trust to come look at in person if they dont believe me or the photos and they said no we wont do that. They then said it is my fault that I should have caught it when the installer was at the house and not paid their installer and just because I am color blind it is not their problem. They then made me buy another box so they could prove to me I was wrong!! Fine I bought another $100 box. They said manager would call me yet a week goes by with no call and no $100 box to show for it. Next week I then bring in both planks I find in the trash pile to show them they are 100% different texture, color, and backing. The sales rep I walked up to with them didnt know the story and said those arent the same. When I said thank you I have been fighting to have your store recognize that he stopped talking and said he would have the manager call me in less than an hour. 3 hours later no call so I reach out and the sales rep said manager left for the day (only worked 3 hours or less) and will call me next week!!!! I am not asking for money all I am asking is that the store make it right by giving me the correct material to finish the job but instead they want to call me an idiot and ignore the issue. The fact that they are blaming my disability and saying it is my fault that I have one is absolutely wrong.

Direct Flooring Liquidators does not stand by their product or work. They use subcontractors to distance themselves from their poor quality service. They sold us floors and improperly installed them using a subcontractor hired by them. 15 months later the floors were coming apart due to the company not recommending the correct materials to be used under the floors. I even contacted the manufacturer who claimed that the floors maybe covered under their warranty but Direct Flooring Liquidators wont respond to the manufactures request. They wont answer calls or take any responsibility for their poor workmanship or customer service. Strongly recommend using another company.

That is incorrect and you have a inspection schedule for tomorrow. 5-17-23. That I set up for you. We don't install any products, we purely sell material only. We have answered every call until you had a attorney send ** a letter which at that point I have to refer to our legal advise as well. But to say we have not tried to help you is not right. Your contractor that you hired and paid came out multiple times trying to fix his issues, they are his issues he put it in not **. We are never present during your install as we don't sell labor nor do you pay ** for labor. Your issue is with the contractor and the manufacture. We told you when you first called that you needed it to be inspected by a licensed flooring inspector in order for the claim to be valid. You did not like that answer from ** so you contracted the manufacture and they told you the same thing. Sorry I hope your inspection comes back as manufacture related. Sorry customer service is always a priority

The salesman told me at this store if I gave a 100% refundable deposit it would lock a flooring manufacture price to pick out flooring at a later date. When the salesman handed me my deposit receipt i asked about language saying nonrefundable and he said that was for once I ordered the flooring and not relevant for my deposit. My house construction wasn't even started yet and said he was giving the installer my number to contact me about 4 - 5 months out to see if the home was ready to be measured. The installer called about 4.5 months out and the foundation wasn't even done yet, and he was told possibly another 3 months out to be ready to measure (having drywall up). Throughout the home building process my daughter and I went to the store to look at different flooring and with the build I contacted the salesman asking if I needed to get my deposit back because of length of time and he said no. When I asked for my deposit return I was given numerous delays for about 2 plus weeks over why I had to wait for my refund check, and when I finally started pushing the issue over all the excuses they refused to refund my deposit, stating several things including that i had already ordered flooring even though the installer still had never measured my home. I called their installer and asked him to come and measure and on the same day he measured when I went to 'view' the flooring the owner said they were holding for me the salesman reconfirmed that there was no flooring being held and that I had not ordered any and asked me to pick out my flooring. I looked but the flooring didn't match my needs, was overpriced for the same brand and flooring as what I could order elsewhere, changed the price of flooring and installation and I had did not trust them. They continued refusing to refund me my 100% refundable deposit and continually changing their statements and demands. the deposit requested to lock my price was $3,5000.00. Wont let me leave 0 stars or I would

Direct Flooring Liquidators went above and beyond to accommodate this customer by offering several alternatives ways to help resolve this instant matter. This particular customer signed a binding contract when the deposit was tendered to Direct Flooring Liquidators. The language on Direct Flooring Liquidators invoice specifically provided the customer with the rules and regulations when purchasing, storing, as well freight charges fees.Direct Flooring Liquidators position and standards have always been to help customers, Direct Flooring Liquidators have never tried to use any type of unfettered "plenary" power to take advantage of any customer

No contract was ever signed as the company is claiming, and no flooring was ever ordered by me, and although the company is claiming to have gone above and beyond to accommodate that is simply not true as the deposit terms when given were that it was 100% refundable and they refused to refund it as agreed when i paid it forcing me to file a civil matter in the st ***** county court just to get my 100% refundable deposit back for flooring I never ordered.
