            On or around September 2, 2021, I posted a review on the ATS website where I questioned their representation that they had a 'directory of professional trades' to assist with our turf project. Their legal notice didn't seem to support that they had verified any qualifications. My post consisted of four paragraphs. Two of the paragraphs were cut and pasted from ATS' website related to the directory of vendors. In the other two paragraphs, I expressed my view that there was a gap in the information between the website and the legal notice related to third party vendors. I also went on to suggest that the quality of the install and installer was important to the performance of the product. ATS responded aggressively suggesting that I made 'unethical and unfounded allegations'. They used my name in their nine times. They used my specific vehicle type in their response even though it wasn't included in my post. I want the personal references in their post removed.
