      I signed on with *********** in April to treat a foot problem. The staff in the office was pleasant and professional for the most part. I financed my treatment with Care Credit (its $4000) and started my PRP injections. I had an appointment for the last one in the series on August 27. They had sent me an email with my appointment day and time previously. When I arrived at the office for my appointment it was locked and there was a sign on the front that the space was for rent! I received no notice, no text, no email, no call about this. I traveled 50 miles for each appointment! I immediately tried to call them on multiple different numbers and always got their scheduling service. I left multiple (at least 4) messages with my complaint and they all said they were "flagging" it as top priority, and someone would get back to me. It is now September 9th and I have not heard from anyone. I found the business card of one of the staff and called her. SHE is the one that told me they had closed both offices in the ************ area and fired everyone in the office. This service is supposed to be the type where you can go back as many times as you need to treat the problem, even months or years later. My foot problem is still here, i have paid them $4000 with nothing to show for it and nowhere to go to complete my treatment. I can't even get a call back from someone. THIS IS FRAUD! I want my money back. Don't go to QC Kinetics for your PRP!
