  So very pleased with the replacement and installation of all our windows and doors with hurricane impact windows. Their name fits a perfect description of the services and people who work there - at the top of high end! From meeting with Drawer for the most comprehensive briefing and explanation of types, options, pros/cons, on a weekend to meet our schedule; to then accommodating several rescheduling changes to meet our needs as we are part-timers. Office staff stayed in touch and returned calls and e-mails promptly. Installation was exactly as promised and the installers were so careful and clean, and very professional (and nice) to have on the job. We were concerned about how much repair work wed have to do afterwards but that was minimal painting. Enjoyed having them around. They know their stuff! Had one minor documentation certification to clear city inspection and they stayed on it until it was cleared. They arranged a top notch sub contractor to also replace our garage door - and that was exceptional as well. Had one minor call back and he fixed it promptly. I seriously am considering asking them to come to ******** to do our windows there. They are that good! And we feel like this was the best value we could have asked for. Not cheap - but the best value for our hard earned money. Thanks High End Impact Windows & Doors

  From the start, this company was a pleasure to work with. Their quote was timely and comprehensive. This company is the best to hire as they handle everything associated with getting the inside of your home ready. **** and his team were professional, courteous and made the extra effort to keep our home clean and the results were outstanding. The windows and doors we had installed were amazing looking and the quality of the product was excellent. Words dont do justice to describe the exceptional product, work and performance of this company and its people. We are more than pleased with the company, the people, the product and the pricing. We would highly recommend them.

  I rarely write reviews, and when i do it's mostly because i am unhappy with a product or company. However , from the very start ,this company was a pleasure to deal with. Their salesperson Dror provided me a quote and explained that their company would probably be more expensive and take longer to complete the job than the other 2 other companies i had in for quotes. They actually came in the middle price wise. The reason they take longer was because they go to greater lengths to make sure the job is done properly. This company does all their own work and does not use subcontractors. Mark and his crew kept my place clean while working and cleaned up whatever unavoidable mess was made after each day. I found them to be very honest and reliable, and the job came out great.

  I HIGHLY recommend High End Impact Windows and Doors. From the first phone conversation, to the proposal, to the installation of multiple windows on the 7thfloor of a condo in Boca, to the follow-up and conclusion, this company was top notch. The management team always answered emails or phone calls, concerns were always addressed, and they kept us apprised of delays or issues with materials. The installers were considerate of personal items, efficient, communicative and their work was terrific. The windows look amazing; just beautiful. Finally, the follow up by this company is amazing. They addressed every issue, and werent satisfied until we were completely satisfied. I could not recommend this company enough. The work was exceptional and we couldnt be happier. ******************************

  From start to finish High End Impact Windows and Doors were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were extremely well organized with the planning and measurements, were very helpful with picking the right windows for my family at their lovely showroom, showed up when they said they would, and did an amazing job with what they had to work with. They installed 4 sliders, two side doors, a front door, and about 20 windows for me. I have never seen such great craftmanship period. All of my window holes were askew since my home was poorly made, and these guys managed to get everything level and looking like how it ought to. Very impressed with the work quality. I have been burned by multiple contractors this last year, but these guys do honest, upstanding work, and I will recommend them to everyone who needs impact windows and doors done.
