      Two items ordered were apparently replaced with items that are of no use to me. I've left several phone messages, emailed the company... only to receive notice that the provided email address is not valid, and I have completed their contact form explaining the issue with our order. After 2 weeks, and still no response. They have lost our business.

      I've been a customer for a few years, and never an issue until my most recent order.Yes, they do ship fast, but apparently accuracy is a thing of the past.Their ad was misleading, so the coils I ordered don't work for my tank. I have called and left messages twice. Emailed 3 times and have not heard a word. I am terribly disappointed.They are, in-fact, "buying" reviews. Submit a review, get 5% back. They don't do it, unless you email them about it.I'll stick to other more reliable sources for my vaping needs going forward.

Significant Savings: Even though the shipping costs can be a bit higher sometimes, the overall savings are more than compensated.       Took my money, never received what i ordered and ***** refused to refund. Had to contact my bank to get my money back. Ejuice is a scam!

      They give you discounts and claim they shipped everything when the item that was not included on the discount was not shipped. They will take a pic of what was supposed to be put inside the package but when asked to check surveillance footage, no response. Scammers

      Definitely scam artists. Sure they send you your product sometimes. But when they neglect to send it to you, not only will they not fix it and send you the right product. They give you a so-called refund but they don't refund your shipping part. So when you have to reorder from them, you have to pay the full shipping price again along with another adult signature fee. So no matter what happens they come out way ahead. Sure they can give you all the low prices they want but whenever they jacking it up with flat rate shipping of 20 bucks for one item and a $6 signature fee, it goes back to being full price and like I say when they mess up on their end send you the wrong product. Doesn't matter to them because they're not going to send you the right one. Anyway. Instead they'll give you your money back and a pro rated shipping. So if I order five products they're going to give me back $5 on shipping that comes out to be $20 when I reorder. I won't be ordering from them again I promise
