      Took my car to get serviced because they had a deal on tires and ended up getting scammed by ******* ******* and ***** *******, malpractice at its finest trying to cover up their negligence of my vehicle. Scratched my car and they did fix it but what they didnt do is inform me of a differential leak and then my transmission overheated one day after I got it back, they tried to tell me that the differential leak that they forgot to mention doesnt affect the transmission and they I need a whole new one since it overheated due to black transmission oil over and that it didnt happen because of the differential straining more work out of the transmission through the driveshaft due to the leak they failed to inform me about and offer me the service for and assured me I was good to drive like normal ((******* ******* falsified a claim that he informed me and that I declined the service and all I got was an apology and an attempt to sell me a new transmission! professional malpractice or fraud at its finest )) I trusted these people and spent more money with them than any ****************** Ive been to I have evidence to support my claim Im just waiting on my attorney to get back to me ((******* must have really wanted that commission to pay for that M2))

      I will never return to this dealership again and as someone who has represented ***, I would not consider purchasing another vehicle from this brand based on this ************** of Coconut Creek attempted to require a $45,000 down payment and quoted a monthly payment of $1,900 for a 2020 vehicle with no factory warranty, no test drive allowed, and absolutely no room for negotiation.After visiting their website once, I was bombarded with non-stop calls and messages from multiple representatives for days to the point of harassment.For context, I have a 760 credit score and $150,000 in available funds to purchase a vehicle. This is the level of treatment I received:I spoke with ***** P. ********, who invited me to the dealership for an appointment on Fathers Day at 1:30 PM. I confirmed via text and arrived early at 1:15 PM. Despite this, ***** was still with another customer at 2:00 PM and never acknowledged or updated me. On a holiday, making an appointment and then not honoring it is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.I was passed off to a woman (short blonde hair) who refused to provide her name and firmly stated that no test drive would be ********** top it off, I was offered a five-year-old car with no factory warranty for $128,000 and given a shockingly low appraisal for my 2024 C8 Corvette, far below market value.The overall experience was disorganized, dismissive, and lacking any sense of customer care or transparency. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership.

      This dealership operates with a shocking lack of integrity. My experience with them was one of the most deceptive, sleazy, and frustrating encounters Ive ever had as a buyer.I worked with a sales *** named ** on a Brooklyn ******** X2 with red interior. We agreed on pricing, and since I live in *******, I requested an e-sign process to move forward. For two *****, ** strung me along, claiming he was waiting on the *** approval to send the paperwork. I followed up multiple times and got nothing but vague excuses.Then, when I told ** that my girlfriend was in town and we were ready to buy the car and pick it up, he suddenly said the car was crashed. The timing and story were suspicious, so I spoke to another sales *** and that *** straight up told me they sold the car to someone else in perfect ************ not only did JC lie to me for two weeks, but I also found out the ** himself lied to me when I confronted him about it. He claimed the cars bumper was hit and then sold a lie completely contradicted by the *** who actually sold ***** make it worse, the dealership then tried to call me off the record using a number outside the normal *** dealership line so the conversation wouldnt be recorded. They gave me another ridiculous excuse and tried to gaslight me into thinking this was all just a mix-up. The ** even said, Let me try to earn your business back and of course, I never heard from him again.The entire operation is incredibly shady, dishonest, and wildly disrespectful to customers. If this is how they treat serious buyers, I cant even imagine what they do once they actually have your ******** yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs. Ill be sharing this experience with consumer protection channels and local media as well. This place should be held accountable for their shady and unethical business practices.

      June 1st, 2024-Dropped off my 2023 VW Tiguan, due to the car was smelling like mold/mildew and I thought it was a leak coming from the sunroof.I spoke with ******* who checked my car in, and I was told that I had to leave my car their because they must take it apart to find the leak. And it was covered by the warranty.Monday June 3rd 2024 - ******* set me up with a loaner car since I would not have a car while they were working on it. Courtesy car/person picked me up and they were great.Tuesday June 4th 2024, ******* called and stated that the leak was coming from my antenna (it had a dent and was lifted @ the top and I was told since there is a dent that caused the antenna to start leaking, that this was not covered with the warranty) and sent me the video. (I could not believe it and wondered how that could happen due to there were no storms or anything I would know of) ******* asked if I went through a car wash, I said no hand wash only.Later about 1:20 pm I received the videos (2) of the car where the leak was coming from. And I got a text from **** # with a quote for the repairs.Heres the problem I have:1.By text it says I will get a video of what they are doing and what they found. (Video only showed the antenna was lifted @ 2 different angles.)(Our Factory Certified Svc Tech will perform a video inspection of your vehicle as part of our multi-point inspection process. This video w/b delivered via text ******** ****** svc advisor w/ contact you to review the results) Only received text w/a quote, no courtesy call.2.I never received a video on how the antenna was damaged. From what I saw from the outside I do not see a dent. 3.(Question Was the dent on the outside or the inside underneath the panel/liner)? 4.I never received the video of the liner/panel that the mechanic took off so I can see the water damage (or did he only partially take it off the back liner/panel?) 5.Car was left outside in the rain, knowing it has a leak.

      Deal we made via internet including price sheet showing out of pocket and monthly payment changed once I arrived to pick up car. Despite written documentation and phone calls, also verifying deal meant nothing to dealership nor the ** who I spoke to. Very unethical , feel bait and switch occurred. We are elderly and hope others get better treatment . Money out of pocket and monthly amount a lot more then deal reached

      Vista ********** of Pompano...stay away from this scam/illegal dealership. On July 3, 2024 we attempted to buy out an expired lease on a 2020 Jetta. The manager said we would have to finance the purchase even though we insisted on paying with a cashiers check because otherwise they "wouldn't make any money". They also said we would have to pay a dealer fee which is ridiculous and then pay for an inspection they had to conduct in order verify the car was safe to drive. I asked whether it was legal to not sell me the car with a cashiers check and they refused to answer. We walked out and went to another dealership on 441 which was completely professional. Not to mention ********** corporate makes this process unbelievably difficult. They only offer this type of transaction on Wednesday...per their customer service and you are required to show up in person so they can lie and sell you things you don't want. Disgusting sales practices and I encourage the police to get involved in their illegal conduct.

      This play is not play for human to buy cars. No know seems to know what theyre doing. I bought my car there two months ago and do transfer title till now, no can tell me where is my decal. Worst customer service, they answer their phone, leave messages they return your call. Drive there one can help you. From manager to sales man, they are sucks! This place is need to shut down! That is not how American are needed to treat.

      I purchased a very expensive vehicle (2023 M4 competition) from them. I worked with ******************* he is an amazing sales rep nothing but good things to say about him.The service department in the other hand needs serious revision. It took 3 visits to repair a driver's side window that would not go down. Each time they said it was fixed.I had to call *** corporate for support for additional help. Eventually they sent someone down to help solve the issue. However, I've been complaining about break noises since I got the car. They are rejecting to fix and claim these noises are expected for my vehicle. I know people with the same car and have NO break noises. In addition, a small squeak here or there I can live with but every single day my car is whistling down the road every time I have to stop. People who ride with me always ask if there is something wrong with the car. This is not the *** experience you expect from a 100K vehicle. I have wasted so much time trying to get this car to work smoothly. I am at the point that I feel I need to reach out to *** corporate once again. The whole lemon law thing will require you to hire a lawyer to fight something like this. I have been a customer since the early ****s.

      *** X5 2020 - PROBLEMS FROM THE START! Purchased Sept '20 by Feb '23 needs new $8200 Evaporator for AC. Two days after driving it off the lot (purchased and all service done here at Vista) AC broke, AC broken again October 2020. Now a little over two years later it's out of warranty and my issue to *********** and corporate not acknowledging this has been an issue from the start and not doing the right thing. Expect HUGE repair bills and a much lower value of the car with time. I was a total loyal customer and am walking away getting no loyalty in return. Will never service here again and will never buy another.

      They are untrustworthy and liars!!!! They sold me a promised fully functional vehicle from out of state, when I picked it up the computer was defective. They are refusing to pay for over $2000 repair!!! Having to take them to court!!! Awful business ethics and typical sbadt used car salesmen who take advantage of women!!!!!!
