      Movers arrived over 5 hours late after multiple excuses with only 2 drivers & no loading help. Immediately started saying that many things were going to cost more even though what they mentioned was all incl in contract. Dispatcher claimed ignorance about the inventory list, ************* I sent. Didn't know about any conversation I had about packing, large items etc. Racist & offensive remarks were made about white women expecting others to pick up slack for free & he was going to make sure that didn't happen. Then they said I needed another truck for another $10k. Remarks ongoing about white women & white b****** this & that. only would load things in boxes. Shoved & kicked other stuff out of the way knocking things over etc. Dispatcher said to fulfill the move I had to pay all extra fees & for extra truck. I said take the things off the truck already loaded & get off my property. ***** said he was taking my ********* wouldn't get it back until I paid all fees & charges in full. As he tried to close door & push in ramp I jumped up on it even tho He tried to shove me back off and I called police. While I was on phone with police dispatcher, ***** threatened me, said I was lucky he was working or he would take me out. That I deserved to be cold-cocked and put down. He said he should do it anyway because he was said I assaulted him so he should take me out anyway. Cops arrived and made him open the trailer. ***** told cops he wanted to be paid extra in cash if he had to unload. I called my ************** helped me unload (it was the "mom's attic" part of a u-haul truck & about 2-3 linear feet). Once unloaded the cops told them to leave my property and not return. I do have a police report of the incident. This was many things...breach of contract, scam, extortion, threats of bodily harm, complete & total lack of professionalism etc. I paid $5,751.00 deposit. I want a refund of the deposit but they won't take my ************** bounce back.

      Company raised prices throughout the process of our love after agreeing on a set price. These raises included extra fees for express delivery (our things have yet to be completely delivered), fees for a large dining table (ironically one of our missing items) as well as payment for everything up front with checks to the owners personal account instead of to the company. Despite all of this, we never received all of our items and certainly nothing was express. The items that were delivered such as mattresses, benches and box spring all are damaged beyond utility. The owner has only argued with us and threatened to hold our remaining furniture hostage (which he alleges he has now found) should we not drop our dispute for part of the payment with credit card company. We simply want all of our items back and we have no problem dropping the dispute. The owner states there were 60 boxes when we have a contract that shows there were 80 (we were charged additional for this as well). There is no approachable solution between customer and company.
