    The order was made on Saturday, we don't dispatch order over the weekend. So after the weekend, we have to work through all the orders that come in over the weekend, which can be hundreds. ******** order is currently being picked and packed, and when the tracking becomes available he'll receive it. He has not been scammed, and if he would prefer a refund, once the order arrives, he can contact us for a pre-paid RMA and upon receipt, as long as the items are in the same condition they were when we sent them, we'll refund him.     On October 17, 2022 I ordered and paid for the item from Lockpick World but never received the product in the physical mail. I emailed Lockpick world on November 2nd and their reply:"Thank you for your email and sorry for any inconvenience.""Your order should have been delivered by now. Can you please confirm your shipping address? We posted your order to the following address.""*********************************** ********************************************************************************************** one email is Lockpick World's only reply to my concern.Order #***** Tracking ************ *********************

    The customer's order was shipped on 10/17/2022 by DHLGLobalMail so should have arrived a long time ago. It would appear that DHL have lost the package which does occasionally happen.

    The customer contacted us on Tue, 1 Nov 2022 to say she hadn't received her order and at this point was thinking of asking for a refund.

    A customer support agent responded to her email and asked her to confirm her delivery address which is standard procedure in case the parcel was posted to the incorrect address - we have been waiting for a reply.

    We would always replace of refund the order if a package is lost by the carrier, that is not a problem. I have refunded the customer in full $23.98

    order #US-81845 I placed this order on July 7th of 2022. The package was supposed to have been delivered **** but for some reason switched to **** After *** was unable to deliver the item for insufficient Address I contacted to ******************************** to resolve this issue. They asked me to confirm my address which I did and did not receive any other email. I sent a follow up email a week after this and received an automated message saying my ticket had been resolved (which it had not been) and I responded back for them to reopen the ticket. This exchange happened twice and then they told me both times they were waiting on me to confirm my address, which I did both times. After the first time, I sent a screenshot of the email I sent back to them confirming and then..radio silence. After this last time of me emailing for an update and getting the automated response of my ticket being closed and NOT resolved, I let them know I would be posting the issue here for others to be aware of and to hopefully get the products that I ordered from them.

    We responded to the customer on Wed, 20 Jul 2022 and Mon, 8 Aug 2022 asking him to confirm his delivery address so we could send a replacement order. We haven't received a response from the customer confirming his email address.
    I have searched for them and am still unable to find them on our system so it may be a technical glitch

    We are more than happy to re-send his order or issue a refund.
