      My daughter is 29 and completely blind. Shes also a cancer survivor. She was working for the state and had health insurance. She lost her job and was looking for another insurance bc cobra was way too expensive. She talked to Leosource insurance who assured her that all of her ** needs would b met. She had speciality drs. He assured us there would b no problem. All of her appointments were canceled bc of this insurance. And now my daughter is without insurance. We called the for reimbursement. While they cancelled her policy they were very rude and unapologetic. We r requesting that she b reimbursed for 2 months that she has paid. All of her doctors will not even entertain the idea of seeing her w this insurance. They told the both of us that they checked her providers and all was good but thats far from the truth. So now she has no insurance and she cannot see her drs either. ******* paid about $350 per month. She was scammed! I also talked to them and they told me the same thing. Pls give me guidance as to what to do.

      This place is 100% a scam. They keep hanging up on my face and charging me money for insurance that doesnt even exist. They dont let anyone verify the insurance before the 30 day cancellation. And then hang up on your face when you ask them. The customer service representative *** ********* is the worst customer service supervisor in the entire planet if he cant deal with angry and frustrated customer. He would rather just argue with you about other insurances, being a scam and not his own. Im sure they will come back with a smart scam like answer to have their own back. Dont believe anything that they say, and dont sign up with any insurance.

      I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your agency regarding a recent policy I signed up for, which was misrepresented and mishandled at multiple levels.I initially enrolled in what I was led to believe was a legitimate insurance policy. However, I later discovered that what I actually received was merely a discount card something that was never clearly communicated during the enrollment process. Upon realizing this within a week, I contacted your office to cancel the policy. I was told at the time that I had 30 days to cancel and would receive a full refund.The policy was indeed canceled, but no refund was ever issued. When I followed up, I was told that the refund request had never been processed. The representative I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also rude and dismissive, placing blame on upper management for the failure to act.After multiple calls and further frustration, my issue was finally escalated. I was again promised that a full refund would be issued within 7 days. That refund has still not been *********** make matters worse, I am now seeing an additional charge on my account for the same policy that was canceled and for which I was already assured I would be refunded. This is unacceptable, especially given that I also hold another active policy with your agency.I demand the following actions be taken immediately:A full refund of all charges related to the canceled policy.Immediate reversal of the recent unauthorized charge.Written confirmation that the policy is fully canceled and no further charges will occur.If this matter is not resolved promptly and to my satisfaction, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further, including filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, my states insurance regulatory authority, and seeking legal counsel if necessary.I expect a resolution within 7 business days from the date of this letter.

      Bad business, wont let you cancel their service and will continue to try and charge you. Will lie and tell you everything was cancelled but wont cancel anything.

      I contacted this business in February of 2025 seeking short-term health coverage. I was given a quote amount, but was told I needed to provide my credit card information to receive the full quote so I could review the details. That seemed like a red flag, and I shouldn't have done it, but I needed to get coverage for my family. I was explicitly told that I would not be charged unless I called back and authorized the charge.That was not the case. Later I received an email stating that I had been charged, even though I never spoke to anyone at the company again. I called multiple times to have the charge reversed, which they said they would do, but did not. I ultimately had to go through my credit card provider to have the charge reversed. The company continued to call and ask what they could do to earn my business, which I told them not to call me again.Then today, they charged me again! This company is an absolute sham. Do not do business with them under any circumstances!

      Per my original message, I acknowledge that you refunded the original charge.  My problem is with the new charge. I understand that you're denying that it came from you, but it came through one month (to the day) after the original charge, is for the same amount, and has the same line item description on it.  

      So help me understand how it's not from you.

      And I'm sorry that you don't like the use of the word "sham", but any company that states they will not charge your account, then does so anyway, isn't "better" just because they refunded the amount (over a week later after several phone calls).  You're simply not stealing.  And then you did it again... and now you're saying it's not you.

      If that's not a sham, then tell me what word you prefer.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have contacted my credit card processor and they have confirmed that it's the same entity that charged me last month, which was you.  So it's interesting that you continue to say it wasn't you.

      And regarding your statement that "you have an electronically signed document" - I know you do... and I acknowledged that.  As I stated previously, the problems with my interaction with your business began when your agent assured me that I would not be charged after signing that document until I re-engaged and confirmed with your team that I wanted to move forward.  So, to be clear, your team misrepresented what was in that massive legal-ese document.

      Of course, you are legally correct... I signed the doc.  But that doesn't change the engagement with your representative, who fully lied about what was in the doc.

      You are clearly not interested in resolving this appropriately.  I will take this up with my credit card processor, as I did the last time you did this.

      Called spoke to 3 different peopl a young lady ( ********) another gentleman who didnot give me his name ( suppose to be a supervisor), then spoke to the "CEO" called himself ****. **** came on the phone immidiately palce me on hold after he got my name. I was on the phone 3 times with these 3 samw individuals today; last time I called I was on the phone for 36 minutes (screen shot of the phone) it was as if they were waiting for me to hang up. **** litteraly laughed in my in my face told me that his agents had signed me up with 2 plans of which were exactly the same. Told me as he laughed on the phone that I had made an " uneducated decision" and would not give me refund for one of the plans eventhow he admitted of signing me up for 2 of the same exact plans. I told him I would dispute with my **** company. And he sai dgo ahed that he did not care.

      I was quoted a one time monthly charge to process my policy. When I reviewed my bank statement I was charged more than the $50. When I called to speak to someone about a manager named **** denied my refund and the person I spoke was unprofessional and said they could cancel the policy but not refund me. This company is very unprofessional, and misleading in their practices. I'm seeking a refund of the money I didn't authorize.

      I bought health insurance called multi plan from agency -Leosource Insurance Agency LLC My insurance started on September 1 I was calling Leosource agency multiple time to request from them for information about my health coverage.Each time I called they gave me different information and was very unprofessional and rude on the phone.I went to my wellness visit on October 1 which I was still insured on that time .I made sure my primary care is in network which they told me she is .After Leosource agency gave me a lot of different false information I did not feel safe to stay with the insurance since I didnt feel its a legit company.I requested to cancel my insurance in the end of November they gave me a hard time to cancel my insurance telling me I cant cancel my insurance. November 22 they canceled my insurance.And they dont want to cover me for the days I had my insurance active on October 1 for my wellness visit which was in network and supposed to be covered.They are telling me that I can no longer call them or ask them any question.I need help please.

      I think I have been scammed by this business. I purchased a health insurance policy through this company last February of 2024. It was called My Choice High. I was told that all my doctors were in network, which was a LIE! Every single doctor I provided my insurance card to said they had never heard of the ************** dont accept the insurance. I ended up paying out of pocket for every visit. I paid over $1,500 a month for a policy that didnt cover anything. I have medical bills that need to be paid because they didnt pay anything. I have paid them close to $16,500 dollars for absolutely NOTHING! Now that its open enrollment in **********, I decided to shop other policies. I found a better policy through ******. When I went to cancel my insurance plan the first representative harassed and argued with me. She was very rude, very unprofessional, very demanding. She wanted to know why I wanted to cancel. She wouldnt accept my cancellation request. She just kept arguing that I shouldnt cancel. Then she got a male on the phone who also continued to harass me even further. He was even worse than her. Again, he was not accepting my request to cancel. I couldnt believe it. I was nearly in tears. I ended up adding my husband to the phone call, and thats when the male representative changed his attitude. He respected my husband more than myself, a woman. He was trying to walk all over me. He said I should receive a cancellation email within 2-3 days. Im afraid at this point the cancellation isnt going to go through and theyre going to try to charge me again for the following month. I feel as though I was completely scammed. This company took so much money from me and didnt do what they promised. They promised the policy would cover so many things that it didnt! Now Im left with more debt from medical bills and $16,500 spent for nothing. I am seeking justice! I feel theyre scammers. I see other reviews all over from other people that feel the same.
