I received a copy of my credit report from an application I submitted for housing. It shows multiple accounts as past due for somewhere around $3000 combined....I paid off my debts for the last years and final payment was in October of 2023. I am not understanding why this is reflecting improperly.I would like a call as SOON as possible regarding this.In addition, your business address shows up as a residence for myself which is also inaccurate.

We have spoken to ******************** and were able to address her concerns.  Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with credit report disputes but we discussed the process to negate the information via the credit reporting agencies or by speaking with her creditors. We are sending her copies of her settlement letters for the 10 accounts that were settled while in our program and requested her bank to send her account statement. While on the phone, the client looked at the credit report and stated that it does show zero balances, but is seeing past due.  ******************** was happy with our explanation and the proactive steps taken to send her the pertinent information. We informed ******************** to please contact our customer services department if she needs any further assistance.

    Thank You

This company uses deceptive practices. I have been dissatisfied with their service for some time and when I inquired as to what would happen with the settled accounts if I terminated their services, they told me that if i terminated their services, that all of the settlements they had worked on would be null and void. They recently made an error that caused one of my accounts to go in to default, in August 2022 and until now, they have been telling me that they had to renegotiate the settlement. I contacted the creditor myself and it turns out that they filed a cease and desist letter to prevent the creditor from speaking with me about my own account. I had to terminate the relationship after DSO refused to provide me with the information pertaining to my balances so that I could get the information that was requested. As it turns out you can call the creditor at any time and remove the company from your account. Not only did my creditor remove them, they actually allowed me to continue with the settlement as is. That is the deceptive part. They convince you that your creditors will only honor the settlement if you stay with them and any attempt to leave would nullify the settlement and you will be responsible for the debt and all associated interest. This is all lies.
