We notified Ms. ****** multiple times regarding this account, however she refused to respond. In April 2025, Ms. ******** attorney reached out to us to resolve this matter for a settlement less than the full balance.  We agreed to same, and the settlement was paid.  We are reporting this debt accurately with the credit bureaus as paid in full.

  Dispute letter I am disputing an invalid account reported by **** Klein on my credit report. This account is inaccurate. unverified, and violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Since it does not meet the legal standards for reporting, I request its immediate removal. If the furnisher cannot provide proper validation, it must be deleted per federal law.

As soon as we found out our insurance was not going to cover the claim, we contacted Entrusted and told them we would not be using their services and did not proceed with them. No one has sent us an itemized bill of services. I am disputing these charges.

  *************************** is trying to collect ***** dollars from me. I never gave them my social security number or my personal address so how they got this information I have no idea. They were supposed to do advertising for my business I canceled with them because I did not like the advertising they were doing. When I canceled they took my advertising down out of the stores. A year later I see them on my credit report trying to collect the money for the advertising. I paid them for two months then I canceled which I have the right to do. I feel this was fraud because they have my social security number and my personal address which I never gave them. They lied to me about the advertising because they did not display my advertising the way they said they would do. I do not owe them any money and they should not have my personal information they are not a creditor they are a advertising company.

  The picture attached is a photo of the advertisement they were supposed to for me.  As you can see my photo was not on the ad which is why I canceled.  They will try to send you a totally different photo showing that they did the correct advertisement which is false.  They broke our agreement by not advertising the correct ad.  I canceled after I saw that advertisement I have attached.  I have the right to cancel i paid them for two months and **** and Klein should be trying to collect money on there behalf this was not money I owe them I was paying for the advertisement they didn't deliver.

  Mr. ******* entered into a 12-month contract with our client, **************** (see attached).  He then defaulted on that contract.  He received the advertising campaign and only paid a portion of the balance.  The picture that he attached was not his kiosk.  This is a valid debt.

  The Picture I attached was my Kiosk how would you know what the kiosk looked like if your in ********  The picture u have is the kiosk they did after I canceled because the first picture shows that the kiosk was not done right the first time.  So when they did not do my kiosk the right way the first time I canceled which I have the right to do.  As for the contract I did not enter into any contract the signatures and the hand writing on that paper is not my signatures.  I do not sign nor do I write like that.  So **** and Klein must have forged my signature on a fake contract.  I have never signed any contract with **** and Klein or Tera Boost this is a scam.  This is why your company just got sued this year on 4/4/2024 ********************* **** & Klein and the judge ruled in the favor of *********.  ************ is a scam and that is not my hand writing.  Also **** and Klein lied to the credit bureau saying that **************** was creditor.  **************** is a advertising company they don't lend money to people they do advertisement so you lied about that.  I do not owe any money to Tera Boost they got paid for two months I canceled the third month when they didn't do my kiosk the correct way.  The picture you have is a fake something they put together after I canceled.  Those are not my signatures you forged my name on signatures which is really disconcerting to me.  In a event to try to get money from me that I dont owe.  Everyone on the BBB is complaining about your same scam u put signatures on blank documents and then try to come after people for money.  This is fraud and identity theft I never gave **** and Klein my personal home address or social security number and or birth date.  You need that information in order to put this on my credit so apparently you got my information on the internet.   I am not paying ***** dollars because I do not owe any money and that is not my handwriting in that contract.  ***** from **** and Klein I will continue to report you as fraud and identity theft i will not stop until you take this off my credit or we go to court your company is a scam it's been documented to the public do your own research.

  I never signed any contract that signature is forged.  I do not write like this and I never signed a contract this is fraud.  I never gave my personal information to Tera Boost or **** in Klein.  They found my personal information on the internet which is why they were able to get this on my credit identity theft.  Tera Boost is not a creditor they never gave me a loan or do they offer credit cards.  Tera Boost charged me two months advertising then I canceled because my add was not done correctly.  **** in Klein is a scam and a fraud business there business tactics must be stopped.  When I say personal information i never gave **** & Klein or Tera Boost my social, my home address, or date of birth so how did they get this information to charge this to my credit thats a scam it's called the dark web.

  This company made up a false debt and charged it to my credit report. For 40k!!!!!!! I do not owe a debt of this to anyone- and if I did I think I would know!!!! Shady shady business.
