    i am disputing an invalid account reported by (credit / collection agency name) on my credit report. This account is inacurrate , unverfied and violates the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT. ( ****) . Since it does not meet the legal standard for reporting, ********** its immediate removal. If the furnisher cannot provide proper validation, it mustbe deleted per federal law. (15 U.S.C * 1681)

    I am not liable for this debt with "***** Fargo", I do not have a contract with Naderpour & Associates, P.A. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

    In response to this complaint, we state the following:    

    Naderpour and Associates, PA is a law firm which is retained by our client (***** Fargo) to pursue their legal remedies regarding this contract. If ****************** feels he is not liable to our client, then he is afforded the opportunity to dispute the same pursuant to the legal process. At no time did we represent to Mr. ******* that we are the contract holders on the account, and we are in compliance with all legal obligations regarding this matter.

    Dear BBB,
    I am writing to inform you that I sent a letter to Naderpour & Associates, P.A. on 03/22/24, however, I have yet to receive any response from them. I have attempted to call them multiple times without any success. The few times ********************** answered, he behaved in a rather discourteous manner and consistently told me to call back in 10 or 15 days.
    I fail to understand their intentions or what they expect from me.

    An attorney from this law firm is representing a bank that has refused to settle an 18 month dispute with me through two debt settlement firms. The attorney has not returned my calls. I wanted her to be connected to the second debt settlement company in order to resolve this matter before a court date in August. Because I am 80 years and physically challenged , I will need to be provided with help from ********** Services in order to make a court appearance because her client refuses to settle a claim. Citibank and Capitoal One have already accepted settlent offers from my second settlement company. Hopefully, this matter can be resolved out of court.

    The court case against me was dropped after my attorney filled a case in Federal Court. The ** complaint is resolved. They and their client were unwilling to resolve this matter out of court, A fedral court will resolve the issue fairly. ********************* Ph.D.
