1 starOn 7/1/25, I bought a 2001 Camaro from Florida Car Connection for $5495, plus a $499.00 dealer fee. I sent an email to them via ****'s message system on 6/30/25 asking "does EVERYTHING work on/in this car? Also, do the T-Tops leak AT ALL? " Same day, I got a reply from them saying "Yes, it runs great and everything works. No leaks from the T-tops." I got the car on 7/23/25, and the shipper said that the T-tops did in fact leak. The **** listing showed no damage on both the inside and outside of the car. There's oxidation/weather damage to the front bumper and passenger mirror; scratches all over the car; dings above the rear tire on the driver side, pitting/rock chips on the hood; seats are dirty, rugs needed vacuumed; scratches on the passenger and driver side windows inside of the car. The dash of the car is shattered, with something pushing through it; there was a blue cloth cover on the dash to hide it, it was broken into different pieces. The power lock button doesn't work, the passenger window won't roll up properly; driver's side door is hard to open & close, and creaks loudly; no antenna on the car; no way to turn the radio on and off; the button for it just twists and turns the volume up and down. The console is broken out of the housing for it and comes right out of it, the top cushion of it is sliced in half; there's no covers on the backup taillights; molding's missing at the corners of the rear window on both sides. Listing said that there were books/records to come with the car, there weren't, the only thing in the glove box was a copy of the car's registration. Listing also said that there were Two Keys w/Remotes, but there is only one copy of the locks key. The shipper said nothing happened enroute that would have caused any damage; it was a covered transport the whole way to me in *******, **), which I verified. I've contacted Florida Car Collection several times since 7/23/25 to get a refund, but they said that "all sales are final, no refunds".Review fromCorbin Y

1 starI recently bought a car from Florida Car Collection, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.First, the car was supposed to arrive in 6 days but took over 4 weeks to get to my house. To make things worse, it was delivered to the wrong address at 11 PM. The driver didnt ask for ID and just had my neighbor sign on an iPhone before leaving the car in the street. Luckily, my neighbors are honest people, or my car couldve been gone!On top of that, I had to file a police report because at one point no one could tell me where my car even was. I was told it was in *******, ***** and would arrive the next day, but 4 days later I was informed it was somehow back in ******, adding another 5 days to the delivery time. Absolutely unacceptable.Second, the car is full of issues that werent disclosed. I now need a new catalytic converter, air filter, and new headlight bulbs. I understand its a used car and sold as-is, but this dealership clearly knew about these problems and failed to mention ******* make matters worse, over 150 miles were added to the odometer compared to what was listed on the title. I understand ***** miles might be added during transport, but 150 is ridiculous. I seriously question why my car was being driven so much after it was already sold.Third, once I wired the money, it was nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone. The dealer didnt care at all and only responded after multiple attempts on my end to get updates on the car.Lastly, the car was filthy upon arrival. I found womens underwear tucked into the trunk and mens shorts that were never shown in the listing photos. Absolutely disgusting!Overall, this has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a car dealership. I would never recommend this place or their transportation service. Be prepared for endless delays, hidden issues, and zero customer care.Review fromJoel B.

1 starif your purchasing a car here have it completely checked
out. besides delivering the car to my home at 11pm a night after telling
them not to ( you cant see the issues in the dark) had
to take it to my mechanic in the morning for a check out. Multiple
warning lights including fuel vapor, batteries, and temp lights which
all had to be serviced as well as the wrong tires on the car (front
tires bigger than the rear I dont think so) Jon cares about moving cars
and thats it does not seem to much care about the customer. If you read
their reviews it seems they have excuse for everything and its ALWAYS
the customers fault
Find a dealer with good reviews had i done that this probably would have
be avoided
this is a Mercedes 550 sl total cost of repairs $3800.00Florida Car Collection

Sorry ****, we expected the shipping company to deliver early, but that is out of our hands. We work with hundreds of shipping companies and they deliver cars at their own scheduled time.
About the tires, they were displayed on the ad with all the other 100 pictures so it was disclosed, all 4 tires were still in good shape. The vehicle had no problems at all, you drove it to your mechanic with any problems, but If you take any 17 years old car to be checked, of course you will find some issues. We did our best and we helped you with a big discount of $2,500, that will cover new tires and service for your beautiful, low miles, Clean convertible Mercedes Benz!! Enjoy !!
Attached are some of the pictures showing the condition of tires, as well the dashboard without warning lights as you mentioned, you already have the car since December and is a surprise for us this review, Have a great day ****!Review fromJames S

5 starsI was looking for a specific vehicle and Florida Car Collection had it. I called and car was still available. FCC was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I went to Florida Car Collection and the car was exactly as described. The paperwork process went very smoothly. I love the car and am very happy with the service they provided. **** and everyone were very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend checking out all the cars they have, it is a great place.Review fromNeta J

1 starAVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They are a complete scam!!! They take cars that have been through flood damage and sell them without disclosing to buyers. They also use pictures of other cars in their ads so once you get it delivered it is completely different. My poor 80 year old mother was an easy target for them...now she is in tears because she used the only money she had for a car that is complete piece of junk. After they made the sale they avoided all her calls from her to cancel and get her money back. Of all the low-down dealerships, this is the absolute bottom of the barrel.Florida Car Collection

1 starWish I could leave zero or negative stars. I bought on **** the Lexus LS430 that ***** described in his review dated 1/29/23. Wish I had travelled to Florida to see the car before buying as Cam W did. The cars condition is exactly as Cam W described it. Many flaws known to seller, but undisclosed to buyer. The local dealer prepared an estimate of $13,000+ in needed repairs: three power door locks not working; radio not working (fried amplifier was on the floor of the trunk that dealer had to open and replace the lock for. All panels in trunk were in disarray; **** ad showed a pristine trunk); complete exhaust system needed including catalytic converters; master key missing; tire pressure monitor system inoperable; radar cruise control not working; suspension needs repairs and several more items need fixing. Seller cancelled the sale on **** for nonpayment when I have proof of payment and seller shipped the car and title to me. By cancelling the **** ad the seller makes it difficult for buyers to leave negative reviews. I have opened an **** case against the seller. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS.Review fromMarco B

1 starBE AWARE! BE AWARE!This car was presented in writing and photos as being a very well kept, low mileage ********, it had no warranty but the electrical system is not working anywhere near normal. There are scratches, a dent and a misaligned front bumper cover, none of which were visible in any of the photos posted in the advertisement. This car is totally HANDICAPPED and nowhere near what was presented. The seller was very nice and communicative during the buying process and payment was made based on the description. Once all the issues were discovered the seller GHOSTED all of my messages sent through *****Review fromGeorge D

1 starI bought supposedly a garage kept Nice used BMW 328/I live 1000 miles away so four days later, when the transport got here, the car will not start he cannot be jumpstarted. The windshield is broken in three places it was not disclosed or shown in the pictures. The front end has been wiped off at one point or another and part of the mechanical parts underneath the front like the transmission cooler are held on by zip ties, ready to fall off trying to start the battery there were numerous pieces that were just thrown in there. I’ve even offered to the dealer to pay the shipping to let the vehicle go back to them. If they would just refund my money I could tell this is going to be a nightmare, and it was very sadly misrepresented , I don’t suggest anyone ever buy from this dealership to give you an idea BMW use electronic brake pads for two or three hours. I spent in this car trying to get it to start three blocks from home of course on the dash flashed up needs brake pad’s replaced now I understand this is a used car I also understand after just buying it. I had to have it towed to my house and it still doesn’t run. If this were on a honor roll ball dealer, they would’ve showed the massive crack in the windshield? They kind of put a new battery in there’s pieces laying all in the tray. My guess is the car has a bad alternator nothing like spending nine grand on a car. Looking at the car most front end is not even held on by what it supposed to be plastic. Zip ties are actually holding mechanical parts on this car the entire nylon airbox assembly that’s about 3 feet long it’s just sitting there the hood is holding it to the motor, none of the mounts are anywhere to be found like I say I’ve gave the dealer choice to let me pay for the shipping so it goes back to him and we call it. Good night take all these reviews off. I see how many I can actually put on the Internet.Review fromCam W

1 starI flew in from Virginia to Fort Lauderdale (January 10), after talking to the owner on the phone the day prior. I asked all the right questions for a 19 year old car-do all the electronics work? Is there anything that needs attention? Is there any rust? He tells me everything is great with the car. I should’ve known better since the 2004 Lexus LS 460 Ultra Luxury has been sitting there for months, originally listed at almost $15,000, then dropped down to $11,995. I distinctly remember asking him over the phone how long he had it, and he replied that people nit pick the car when they get to it. Well, sir, they are not nit picking. In the 10 minutes that I was in your presence, I found out that the radio did not play music (oh, that must’ve broken from the last test drive), the power locks only unlocked the drivers and driver’s passenger door from the key fob and from inside the car, the massaging, reclining rear seats did not work nor did any of the lights on the middle console even light up, not the radio, climate control, or anything, and the trunk didn’t open from the remote control or the trunk release up front. Couldn’t open the trunk, at all. And then I took it on a test drive. Cruise control doesn’t work-the message center said check cruise. The car bounces like crazy, not like a Lexus should. And there was an exhaust leak. And whomever did the repairs to the body after the accidents did a poor job. I should’ve trusted my instinct and needed to the reviews and never come, but lesson learned. Thanks for teaching me a $500 lesson.Even my Uber driver told me to stay away from the little dealers, because they fix wrecked cars and sell them for big profit. What got me though, I’d this guy knew I was flying in over 800 miles, and couldn’t be honest with me on the phone. Stay away from this place.Florida Car Collection

This person is lying. After finding the car in the exact described condition, he demanded ** to sell the car to him at thousands of dollars less. He also said he would write these lies if we did not. Our legal team has been engaged to take full recourse against this extortion, slander, libel and defamation. We know who he is and where he lives.

1 starFlorida Car Collection is the poorest car dealership that I have ever experienced doing business with. The company sold me a car (****) Jaguar that was completely dangerous to drive. Both the front end and the rear were completely out of driving condition. The night that the car was delivered to me, I drove it less than 50 feet and learned that it was not fit to drive. The very next morning, as early as 5:00 A.M., I had to get it to a local ************************* near me. Right away, I had to spend nearly $2,500.00 just to drive the car to another shop for more expensive work! Moreover, this matter is so disappointing because the salesperson, ***************************, was not honest about the condition of the vehicle. Therefore, I made a regrettably costly buying decision based on her deceptions. jrb
