****** has a very bad reputation for charging deposits without providing students or clients any documentation stating exactly what the deposit is for. She does not provide any. kind of consent form after you pay her a deposit. This allows her to cancel a class or a service at any time and keep a student or clients money with no recourse. She does not have any systems in place once a deposit is paid, she simply collects the money and decides if she's gonna follow through with her class or service..She has many complaints on all platforms regarding this type of unethical behavior.****** is a com artist and she needs to be forced to provide immediate documentation to the people pay her deposits. She should not be allowed to enforce any type of refund policy without providing students or clients consent forms. She has bad business morals and no code of ethics. This was my experience with her. She charged me a $1000 deposit and never provided me with any forms or documents and then canceled her class and kept my money. she said she has a no refund policy which was never provided to me because tgere were no documents, she simply stole my deposit, knowing she was not going to fulfill her obligation to teach the course that I signed up for, she tried to force me to take an alternative course and pay her $5000 for it. ****** made a lot of excuses even stating she would have to connect with her accountant because she's never had to refund anyone before. I would like my deposit back, and I would also like for her to change her policies to make it fair for people paying het

      *************************;

***************************** inquired about the post for ********** class for under eye camouflage. She also asked what city it was in and do we have any availability. We sent over the Brazilian Stretchmark and scar camouflage course information. She replied back thanking us for the class details and expressing that she is interested in the ********** class  on Aug 24th.. She asked us where to submit deposit payment we said via Zelle! She sent over her business information and confirming the class . She also tripled confirmed that it was not inkless. In November 6 I had asked to hop on the phone to make sure that were 100% align in the class she wanted so we did and went over the class details and confirmed.

******* did a love video posted that she will be hosting our class and multiple times sent us videos of how excited she wants to meet us.

She also offered her boyfriend to cater our class since he is a chef for a cost.

On Oct 7, 2022. I unfortunately had pregnancy complications and rescheduled the class until Feb 2023 she was super excited and again offered her place to host our students.

We continued communication a couple times before the end of the year and even wished a Happy New Years.

An email was sent immediately after payment, confirming her course in addition the template, and email states no refunds on deposits.

January 9, 2023 we text one another  arranging a time to speak and the excitement we had to meet one another in person.

******* had explained that she already had taken inkless and I said that is not the class *** is signed up for the fifth time.

She then thought it was just for under eye camouflage and I stated it is under eye camouflage, Brazilian, Stretchmark, and Scar Camouflage. Its a three in  one course.  I dont offer just one separate undereye camouflage course. That was sent in a text since August 2022 and via phone to clarify.

I tried callong her Wednesday, Jan 11 2023 to again go over all details and she asked to call me in a a few hours which she never did , and  to only communicate via email moving forward per her request.

******* stated that is not how she conducts her business and an in-depth phone call is not what she would like to do, which I thought was extremely unprofessional, but her preference. Im eleven years of doing business I believe  a phone call is more personal than an email. Ill up with an email, but I thought professionally a phone call wouldve made more sense.

She sent a voice note which was quite aggressive but I still kept my composure.

January 12 2023 she suggested I do a zoom for my course and then followed it with photos of her place for me to host my students at.
on Jan 16 she sent me photos again of her place and highlighted the area for potential students placement.

I decided to not host my class there, because it was too pricey and on Jan 25 she asked for a refund on her deposit. This was a direct attack simply, because I was not using her place to host class .

She sent me multiple threats and aggressive messages and called me a fraud simply, because she wants to make her own rules on how I run my own business.

oh, she signed up for a class sent her deposit and then decided she didnt want to take the class fund. Those arent my policies and I will attach proof below.

Thats why I use Zelle I have use Zelle for deposits for years. I also take Apple Pay.

In eleven years I have not had one student who  has had a problem with my policies. It says no refunds on both the invoice that I email and text .

      Complaint: 19439500

I am rejecting this response because:
This response is 100% false. I have complete documentation of every conversation we had. ****** can never prove that she sent any kind of documents related to any course because she never sent anything and this will be proved in court. ****** has multiple complaints regarding this type of behavior from Most of her students. ****** wanted to use my place of business to educate her students and that was the original agreement but when she canceled her under eye concealer class, she should have refunded me because she was only teaching Brazilian camo and stretch **** and I was NOT interested in that class. As soon as she knew she was cancelling her under eye concealer class, the professional thing to do would have been to refund my deposit because thats what i had signed up for. she did not have any students signed up for that class, so she just decided to cancel it all together without telling me and keep my money.,
Additionally ****** has zero proof that she emailed any kind of documents stating her refund policy. If she has this information she should post it here on BBB. & PROVE it was sent to me. Also, this reply is 100% false as I do not have a boyfriend, I have been married for 10 years & my husband is my business partner,  so this is all fluff talk to deflect what a fraud she is. I signed up for the under eye concealer class. ****** even made a post on Sept 30 stating she was having a 3 day course to be held in ********, which she eventually changed 2 days without telling me she had canceled the first day, which was under eye concealer, and that's the class I was always signed up for. I can provide proof of all of my requests on class info.and 4 seperate demands for deposit. ****** is a fraud. I never made threats, I exercised my right to demand *********** "under the advice of legal counsel" which I have 100% proof of. ****** is a manipulator and she will do anything to deflect on how she steals money from students and clients. Anyone should read all of her complaints on Yelp and ******* there are many horrible complaints about her personally, and how she operates fraudulently and is a scam artist. Everyone cant be wrong. As soon as ****** realized she was going to have to pay to use my location in ********, she chose another location and kept my deposit. She never gave me any information on any course info. This is why there will be a court hearing. ****** will not be able to prove any of these lies this in a court of law. I would love a response from her so that I can add proof of my detailed email as I am limited here on BBB but in the next response, I will be happy to add this specific email that was sent to her clarifying exactly what i had signed up for, request for deposit return, and cost to use my location. I can pack up everything I'm saying, with proof, she cannot. The fact remains that ****** charges deposits without giving her students or clients receipts or documents for what their deposit is for, this allows her to be able to cancel whenever she wants without any recourse to the student or client. She needs to be stopped, this is fraud, and it's unethical.
