            The transaction was on 08/01/2023. I paid a down payment of over $500. I didn't hear from the company for 5 months about billing during which I contacted them several times about a bill. I then received a bill from them 5 months later and 2 days later I received an email stating that my contract was cancelled due to no payment.

            I bought an extended warranty through a dealer ship. At ***** miles and with in the warranty period the A/C line was compromised due to a bracket that was installed by the factory. I have the platinum. Plan which includes the gold plan that covers A/C lines. The warranty company denied the claim due to the installation. FACTORY INSTALLATION!! No where in the not covered section does the warranty company say that a factory install is excluded. This is an extremely poor business practice.
