    I have had the worst experience with this collision shop. My car has been here since Nov 29, 2022 and here we are Jan 21, 2023. They have been unorganized, have had the worst communication, and has given me a number of false information. From the customer service agents to the director, I have been given incorrect information. This went from a simple bumper repair that should have been less than 6k to now being reported as 25k of damages. Which was never presented to me or my insurance company until the date of pick up of my car. Still no one has presented my car or have been able to justify the 25k estimate. It has gone from a bumper replacement, to a replacement of my entire back glass windshield and who knows what else. I have been told every week they are waiting on parts. Not sure what parts takes 2 months for repairs but I have been patient. The lack of customer service has been horrendous and unprofessional. I wouldn't bring a toy car to be repaired here. Please if you are thinking of using them DON'T!! Still waiting on a call and everyone is avoiding my calls. Ive been pass around to, ***************************, ********************* (Operations manager), ********************* (Collision Director) and ***************************** who told me and my insurance adjuster that he received the last pmt agreed on of 6k and the only thing left was detailing my car and would be ready for picked up no later than Jan 20th, which was yesterday. Now he is not returning any calls and is now telling my adjuster the repairs are 25k. This place is a joke, unprofessional and has unqualified reps. I have now been paying out of pocket for rentals for 2 months now. I repeat DO NOT bring your vehicle here or trust anything anyone says. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied as a customer.

    1. They are were only communicative in the beginning to get our service. 2. Right after we provided them with initial payment, they stopped following through with communication.3. I had to call every other day to speak with someone to see what's next, and every time I would call I would get a different story. 4. ***************************** who is & was our estimator, never answers emails, never returns calls, and basically requires me to call her multiple times a day to get her on the phone. She apologizes takes accountability, then nothing changes. 5.Any other customer service rep such are cordial on the phone, but don't follow through on calling back either. I can name a 3 of them, but if they are not trained to be truthful or do their job then its not their fault so no point, they are following the culture. 6.If you talk to anyone on the phone their update will be different from the next person if you call just a few minutes later - almost always backwards in steps at that. 7. As a customer nothing is more frustrating then feeling the need to have to call every single day just to ensure what this business says is being done, is actually being done. 8. I've been told for over 2.5 weeks now that my vehicle is in paint, then its not in paint, then it's getting ready for paint, then its in paint and should be out any day, then its not in paint again but getting loose ends taped so it can go into paint - LIKE THIS IS INSANE! Forget *****'s delays for parts, none of it feels truthful if your business is nothing but mix information and no follow throughs. Never again.My car has been in their care for 2 months, and counting! 3 months since they started ordering parts and working on my claim.STAY AWAY.

    They are very unprofessional, and they lie about when your vehicle will be ready.
