On December 18th 2021 i purchased my used 2013 *** 335i from a dealership. On January 9th 2022 shortly after adjusting to the manual transmission i shifted wrong and blew the engine on the vehicle. I was towing the vehicle around to countless shops and dealerships in the area for a week to try and figure out and resolve the issue, and had no luck. I was recommended to a shop called *** Xperts and was told they are a trust worthy and reliable mechanic shop. After calling **** the owner of the shop and explaining my issue i was told to tow the vehicle to him so he could further inspect the vehicle. Once the vehicle had arrived to the shop he explained to me that it would be ******** dollars to rebuild engine and he would only need 2-3days for this process, i then agreed to that offer and paid him to start the process. After waiting four months with little to no communication or updates about my vehicle i finally told him i was going to pick up my vehicle. Sense i got the car back from the shop it has not been fixed. I have countless amounts of error codes popping up on the dash missing pieces to my engine bay/ bolts. I brought the car back countless times to get it fixed for the current issues but he cannot resolve them. He then told me the "crank shaft" could be causing all these issues so put the original part back into my car after i paid for a new one. I then explained that i needed a refund for the 'NEW' part that now is not new and he has not refunded me my money back and avoids my calls and texts. My vehicle went into his shop January 2022 and i picked up vehicle April 2022 with more problems then ever. I got scammed out of work and money from this man.
