? 1-Star Review: LRM ****************************** ****** Misleading, Dishonest, and a Danger to Small Trucking Companies Our experience with LRM Leasing and ***** ****** was a nightmare. ***** came off as friendly and trustworthy, assuring us the truck had been inspected, was in excellent condition, and that LRM would take care of us if anything went wrong. He said all the right things to make us feel safeespecially as a small carrier. That false sense of security is what closed the deal. But once the money was collected, the truth came out. Less than 300 miles into the first drive, the radiator failed. Just five weeks later, the head gasket blewtwo major, costly breakdowns back-to-back. We contacted ***** and LRM multiple times for help, but they did nothing. No concern, no assistance, no ***************** became clear that the truck was never in the condition they claimed. *** didnt sell us a truckthey sold us a story. ***** acted like a friend but turned out to be a skilled manipulator. Once the deal was done, we were completely abandoned.Sadly, our case is not unique. Other customers report similar horror stories: one buyer put over $7,000 down and had their engine fail in under a month with no support from ***, leaving them out of business. Another broke down within 300 miles due to a clutch failure. These arent isolated incidentstheyre part of a pattern. If youre a small fleet trying to grow, stay far away from LRM Leasing. What they sell are broken promises, unreliable trucks, and a total lack of support once the sale is made. ***** ****** is not your allyhes a salesman who knows exactly what hes ******** not be misled by a few positive reviewstheres overwhelming evidence of consistent failure to deliver reliable equipment or stand behind their word. For small carriers and independent operators, the cost of one bad truck can be devastating. This was one of the worst business decisions weve ever made. Dont let it happen to you.

We did not break our contract and when returning our semi, LRM shared it was okay to return. Once I cleared there would be no fees or penalties, we set up a date, my husband drove the semi back- excellent condition due to the money spent on repairs, and purchased a plane ticket to return home; LRM sent a huge bill to a collection agency. I talked with someone at LRM about this unprofessionalism. The person assured me there were no penalties or fees to return. This person was able to talk with us over the phone while the truck was being returned and inspected. I’m so sorry we ignored the bad reviews of LRM Leasing in Pompano Beach, FL. We will now go public since the lies have expanded to over a $6,000 balance. LRM will respond to BBB with the protocol speech. This is to keep the business afloat with bad business. We are professionals and thought LRM was as well. The message will begin with networking with all owner operators as well as worldwide. This company is dangerous and people need to be made aware. The lawyers in my family have been informed of our next steps and due to conflict of interest, our attorney at hand will handle the rest. Dr. O & family ~ This will carry on until they change their practice on ******** customers.

They are a great company to buy a truck from. They are honest and fair. The trucks are used, but in good condition. They will help you find an honest repair shop if you break down so you can get back on the road. When you make the last lease payment, they will send you the title. All you have to do is make the payments on time. Highly recommend.
