  I typically dont leave negative reviews, but my experience with HGreg Luxand specifically with ******* (Manager) and *** (Salesperson)has been disappointing enough that I feel obligated to warn others.I purchased a 2024 *********** after being assured by *** that the vehicle was in excellent condition and would not be delivered unless it met their personal standards. Unfortunately, that promise could not have been further from the truth.After taking delivery, I immediately found multiple issues that should have been addressed before the vehicle ever left the dealership. The most concerning was the paintwork: a large scratch on the passenger side was simply brushed over with touch-up paint, leaving visible brush strokes and a raised texture you can feel by hand. Additional scratches were never corrected despite being part of the agreement.The interior was also poorly presented. The rear screens and seats had dirt caked into the perforations, requiring professional cleaning. The windshield wipers were completely worn down, which explains the scratches across the windshield. Even the tires looked like they had limited life ******* make things worse, I spent over an hour on the phone with ********** just to remove the previous owners information from the vehicle systemssomething the dealership should have handled before delivery.What added frustration was the complete lack of responsiveness from *******, the manager. Once the deal was signed, communication became almost nonexistent. The customer service I received was the opposite of what you would expect from a dealership that advertises itself as ********* my experience, ******* and *** made promises they did not keep and did not follow through on what they committed to during the sale. Based on everything Ive gone through, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from ***** Lux. My experience was far from the premium service they claim to provide.
