    The manufacturer stated in an email that the MAXIMUM amount of time it should take for a FULL BLOWER REPLACEMENT is 1 hour of labor.  

    We are being charged $1,000.  

    I do not think this is fair.  The owner threatened us again getting violent when we paid and picked up the vehicle. 

    us the blower was the issue. They told us it would be 6 hours total of work to disassemble and reassemble. I called the warranty company we have, made sure the blower would be covered. It will be covered by warranty company for very specific reasons. We discussed at length that they would notify me before doing any work once they found the problem. Today, they are demanding we pay $900 or they will begin charging $150 a day to store it there. We said they were supposed to call before completing the work, I was then violently cursed at and threatened. We said they were not to put it back together until we were spoken to, again, met with threats of violence and aggression. Then we left because I was scared. I am 63, 350lb man and I was scared for my safety. They are demanding we pay $900. We did not authorize ANY work accept to diagnose by pulling apart. I need my vehicle back, I dont think its fair to pay $900 + daily charges.

    The RV in question is a Jayco Precept.  We spoke to Jayco to see how long this repair should have taken.  The manufacturer, per their manual, states that a FULL BLOWER REPLACEMENT, should only take a maximum of 1 hour. ********************************************** is charging us for 6 hours of labor, all they did is plug it back in.  No repair, no replacement, no parts, 6 hours of labor for plugging it back in.  

    There is direct access to the blower, there is no need at all to remove the dashboard, per the manufacturer.
