I I'm using veterans help group in filing a VA disability claim. After signing the contract these people simply fail in corresponding with me in a timely manner. When I call them it always goes to voicemail. And in the voicemail it gives me a number to call if I feel like speaking to someone else stating if you have an emergency. When I call that number it goes to voicemail and it tells me in that voicemail if I need to speak to someone else having an emergency to call the exact same number that I just called. Though they are supposed to be representing me and assisting me, they did not even contact me prior to my c&p exam through the VA! I emailed them probably a month ago and they just failed to contact me. I'm a little concerned that once you have signed the contract with this company and they have you in a position where they are going to take 33% of your money, that at that point they really don't have my best interest at heart and they are very unprofessional. This c&p exam through the VA is probably one of the most crucial and important steps which I learned after the exam and without a doubt they should have been involved and they were not! This was a total failure on their part in doing their job. And then this lack of ability to communicate with this case manager who is supposed to have my best interest at heart is a total failure.
