I had a no hassle experience using first class engines. Ordered a 4.0 motor for my 4 runner on Friday and was received on Wednesday of the following week. No core charge and free shipping! Motor runs great no leaks , doesnt smoke and has the the power of a new motor.. I highly recommend doing business with **** and he will take care of your motor needs. ***** *.

First Class Engines (FCE) are horrible. Shell games, lies and horrible service. First, ***** states *** has an A+ BBB rating, false!! Then tells me they have a 5 year warranty, false, the motor has 73k miles-false, it had *******, did not give me the *** number said he didnt have it, false, salvage yard where they bought it said *** and mileage was on his invoice. ***** didnt want to come clean. Also gave me wrong tracking number making it very difficult to find out where motor was coming from. Said compression and leak down tests were performed on the motor, false again. Lastly, when I caught them on all the above, his response: the yard must have pulled the wrong motor. Tossed the yard under the bus but they were great. Stay away from this company at all costs, they are thieves.

The wrong engine was shipped due to an error by our supplier, and we take full responsibility for that mistake. As soon as the issue was confirmed, we issued a full refund to this customer. While this situation did not reflect our usual service standards, we acted promptly to resolve it and make the customer whole.

Prior to December 10, 2024, the only information we had received from this customer was a hazy video accompanied by noise, which did not provide sufficient evidence for us to evaluate the issue. We requested installation receipts to verify that the transmission was installed correctly, as this documentation is essential for processing a warranty claim.
On December 10, 2024, the customer submitted additional documentation for their claim. Unfortunately, the materials provided still do not meet the necessary requirements. Specifically, the "installation"receipts they provided lack any itemized details about the parts and materials used during the engine installation.
Our customer account representative will follow up with the customer to request itemized installation receipts or actual copies of receipts from the shop that performed the installation. Without this information, we cannot approve their warranty claim at this time.
Additionally, as per our company policy, all customer service interactions are conducted through email or text to ensure there is a clear, documented record of communication.

The items the customer is claiming are damaged are all accessories that are not part of the sale of the engine. They are left on the engine to protect it during shipping. Because of this, they are not quality checked and are not covered by the warranty. Also, seals and gaskets are required to be replaced at the time of installation. This customer has not provided any pictures or evidence for a warranty claim. They have not contacted us to resolve any of their concerns.

I paid ******** Auto Diesel Repair to replace my engine on a 2013 Cadillac ESV. The motor was never good because Ive had problems with it going over 75mph. I finally took it back one last time due to all these messages coming on on my dash. ******** bought the motor from Auto Zone. Auto Zone third partied it to First Class Engines. Til today no one wants to take responsibility for the motor. First Class denied the warranty due to me not having all my oil change receipts. Who keeps every receipt. First Class Engines should be shut down because they are ripping off customers all over the US. I was never informed that Auto Zone was getting it from here or else I wouldve never agreed and paid for it. I hope this gets out to all buyers looking for engines. Buyer Beware do not take a motor from First Class Engines because Im not the only one who has been wronged. Im out of almost 20k but thats ok because my God will make this right.

We have never done any business with this person.  If what the customer is claiming is true, then the warranty would be under AutoZone and not this person. The customer would need to work with AutoZone for any concerns they might have. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to help this customer as we did not sell them anything.

First Class engines is the worst place to order from, they lied about ordering a engine for me that I never received, a guy name **** stated my order was placed and it never was paid a total of 2450, for engine that was never ordered each day he gave me the run around about my tracking number for the so call shipment first he stated R and L Carriers had the engine called them they had no knowledge of the shipment, he gave me an order number with letters in the front of it and Rand L carriers stated that they order numbers only have numbers no letters it was fraudulent, then he stated Echo Logistics shipped the engine reach out to this company they explain the same exact situation they have not delivered to my area in the last 2 months unbelievable then he told me first thing in the morning h*** have the tracking information which he stated everyday he had it and when Friday came turn off all phones until that evening and I had to text him had the audacity to tell me hes at the doctors office because of me unbelievable Im a customer that paid their money looking for their engine to find out it was never shipped. Then he stated the engine was in ***** ********* then he stated it was in Virginia such bs, please beware after that since I put the police involved now they try to refund have of my money back when the engine was never shipped , both companies verified nothing was in my name at all and it was a scam,Im fighting this company right now he never gave me a tracking number and I was told by every party he involved an engine was never shipped to my area. Also these companies asked me for the address of these people and I couldnt give them any because my receipt doesnt states where its coming from. He only sent me a copy my receipt thats doesnt look legit and a warranty, no other information no policy information are anything. They have bad business and I reported them to the police and bbb.

When placing this order, the customer was told shipping times vary but are normally between 5 to 8 business days. We also stated that it would be up to 3 business days before we would have any tracking information.
However, the very next day, the customer contacted us requesting tracking information. We quality test and clean every engine before it is shipped, which is why it takes multiple business days before we are able to ship the orders.
On the 3rd business day, we reached out to the customer informing them that due to the time of year, tax return season, the yards are super busy and there would be a delay in shipping the engine. The customer stated at the time that they understood and was fine with the delay.
The merchandise shipped the next day, and we sent the customer a Bill of Lading to prove that the merchandise had been picked up. A Bill of Lading number is not the same as a tracking number, and we informed the customer at that time that R&L would not be able to confirm the pickup because they had yet not assigned a tracking number. We contracted this shipment with R&**********, who subcontracted with other freight companies to complete the delivery. This is very common, especially when making out of state deliveries. We told the customer we would get the tracking number from Echo Logistics when the engine was handed off to the 2nd freight carrier and then send it her.
The customer cancelled their order with us on the 5th business day, after the merchandise had already shipped and made it from Virginia to *****, ********* (the delivery state). The customer cancelled their order before we could contact them with the tracking number.
At the time the customer cancelled, we reminded them of the cancellation/refund policy they agreed to which includes a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees. The customer was refunded on 3/8/2024 according to the cancellation policy.
From the beginning, they were impatient and refused to believe anything we told them. We were upfront about the shipping process and we were in contact with the customer throughout this entire process.

I was sold an engine for a 2013 Benz on 901123 by Josh that was not usable because it had a loud knock in the crankcase and had a failure code.I paid with a credit card $4608,requested my money returned by my creditor, which they did,but **** later returned my money to First Class Engines because of some unknown police to me that I did not sign or agree to.This company is a total fraud and needs to cancelled from existence(PLEASE)....

This customer contacted us claiming when their mechanic inspected the engine it was found that there is an internal crank case knock while running. The customer also included a screenshot of the diagnostic report showing that the electric fan has an electronical fault. Our account manager emailed this customer asking for a diagnostic from the shop showing that the engine is knocking. We also informed them that once we receive that documentation then we can replace the engine. Right now, the only issue the customer has provided any proof of is an electric cooling fan issue, there is nothing showing that the engine is knocking. The customer has not shown anything regarding the engine knocking. Once they send us proof, we will be able to send them a replacement.

This customer purchased an engine from ** back in August. We have been working closely with this customer since they ****************** informed us that the initial engine they received was not as expected. We sent them a replacement, and also gave them a partial credit in the amount they requested to offset some of the additional expenses. We do everything in our power to provide exceptional customer service. This customer has not contacted us since they received the replacement engine and credit.

This customer contacted us back in June 2021 stating there was an issue with their merchandise. At that time, we reminded them of all the documents and receipts we needed to complete the warranty claim. That was the last we heard from this customer until a few days ago when they contacted a different customer service rep asking for assistance with this. The requirements are still the same. We still need the missing receipts and documentation in order to move forward with this customers complaint. Also, turbos are not included in the sale of an engine. They are a completely separate part from the engine.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I work at a repair facility that used to use these schmucks. They sent one engine that was blatantly damaged and wanted to argue that our tech did it during install when we documented the damage upon arrival. Took an act of God but they sent a replacement. They also have no morals and their "warranty" is a complete joke. Another customer that needed an engine, which we ordered from them, only drove the car 6,000 after replacement. Well, you guessed it, that motor blew also. Where is the warranty? Non existent, even after I sent them the RO for the replacement. They denied the claim due to not supplying additional service documentation. They only drove the vehicle 6,000 miles which is not even enough time to change the oil!!! And how on earth do you have an email only warranty department? BECAUSE THEY DON'T PLAN ON HONORING ANY OF WHAT THEY SAY ON THEIR WEBSITE. These clowns deserve to be shut down ASAP

Hello, we previously contacted this customer informing them of missing documentation and receipts needed in order to move forward with their warranty claim. We have informed them that without the missing information, that we are unable to move forward with their claim. If the customer would like resolution, please have them check their last email from us in June showing exactly what they still need.
