I enrolled in auto-refill through this company to have one bag of vanilla protein delivered to me per month. The cost I believe was $55/month, with a discount for being on auto-refill. The money was automatically deducted from my credit card every month. My protein usually arrived late, so I didnt end up getting exactly one per month for the first couple months, but they would deliver 2 bags the next month for the missed one. However, for the months of October, November, and December of 2023, my credit card was charged for protein and the protein was never delivered. To this day, I was charged for 3 orders of protein that has not been delivered. I emailed the company twice, in December of 2023 and in April of 2024. On Feb 1, 2024 I ordered and paid for a bag of their protein powder. However after waiting until April I canceled that order and asked for a refund of the $65.95. Still no refund 4 weeks later I emailed them asking what's taking so long but got no response. When I looked at my account with them it says the money was refunded but was not and I have my bank statements to prove it. I have sent multiple emails with no response whatsoever and I'm 73 years old and can't afford this loss! They are trying to scam me and I hope you can help. Their phone number doesn't work either. I was signed up for Planet Protein's recurring order. My first unfulfiled order was on 9/30/2023 for $*****, second unfulfilled order was on 10/28/2023 for $109.78, third unfulfilled order was on 11/23/2023 for $*****, fourth unfulfilled order was on 12/18/2023 for *****, and fifth unfulfilled order was on 1/12/2024 for $*****. I have reached out to customer service multiple times with no response on why my orders are not being fulfilled and how I can get my money back. I have ordered from this company before with no problems on delivery. I ordered again on 2/6/24 and have yet to receive anything. It is now 4/17/24. I have emailed their customer service email 3 times now in addition to the other email they provided in their support information and have not heard anything. It is now March 27, 2024, and I still have not received the order, so I reached out to them. After reading all of these other reports, I doubt I'll ever see it or hear back. I ordered from them first in July 2023, I believe. I did not receive the first order initially and and contacted the business through all the contact methods I could find. Eventually they responded and told me it was out of stock (it was not listed that way when I ordered, nor when I went and checked their website when they told me this). They offered to send me something else and I agreed. In my foolishness, I thought this meant they weren't going to scam me. So I ordered from them again, even signing up for a subscription after being assured all the issues were sorted. My mother even ordered from them too. My last order date was October 27, 2023, for $55.80, which happened through the subscription while I was still waiting for an order I had placed in September, also $55.80. I contacted them again asking what was going on and where my order was, and eventually I got a response saying something cryptic about new partners and setbacks. They said "we want to assure you that the orders will be ready for shipping very soon. There should not be any significant delay as we have already completed the necessary production and will be initiating the shipping process shortly. Please let us know if you are able to wait a bit longer." Stupidly, I said I could wait a little longer. I emailed again inquiring if the orders were ready to ship yet after waiting a few more weeks. They never responded. I waited through the holidays and then emailed them again a few weeks ago, asking directly for a refund, and never received a response. I realize I'm probably never going to get what I paid for. I see they had a lot of other people posting in their comments on social media saying they were having the same experience and that they are being scammed, but they have since disabled their comments. It makes me mad that their website is up and running with no notice of wait times or out of stock notice on the product I ordered. Purchased 2 bags of Vanilla Magic - Organic Zero Waste Vegan Protein Powder on January 1/1/2024 with email confirmation from the company, Order #*****.This order has NEVER been full-filled and I have not received my protein or a refund.I am seeking to be refunded $110.42 that was charged to my Card on date of purchase (1/1/2024), or I will file a police report for theft.Contacted them via their website 1x and also sent two follow up emails on 1/11/2024 and 1/21/2024 to try and resolve the issues with this order and have received no response from the company.
