    I signed up for the ******************* plan based on the fact that I was supposed to receive a discount at my dentist and eye doctor. Both are listed as part of this plan on the website.I went to both my eye doctor and dentist and neither one accepted this plan, I would like a refund of the total amount of $204.46

    Fraudulent charge on my credit card.i never gave any authorization to renew any plan as they say in 2025. Dentalplans.com charged my credit card in their file without my authority and knowledge to the amount of $224.95. I have alerted my credit card of this fraudulent charge and they are issuing me a new card.

    I canceled auto pay with Dentalplans.com on 4/5/2025. This autopsy was not authorized by me. They assured me there would be no further charges to my account. They are now charging my account again, after i canceled the service.

    Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, our call center is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Dental Plans operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm est. We were unable to locate any correspondence via mail or fax pertaining to any cancellation request. Per your last conversation with the Supervisor on 4/23/25, we advised that your account has been cancelled and that you would receive a full refund via paper check through regular mail.     Fraudulent charge on my credit card. I did not buy a dental plan on 04/06/2025. Dentalplans.com charged my credit card in their file without my authority and knowledge to the amount of $164.95. I have alerted my credit card of this fraudulent charge and they are issuing me a new card.

    I called Dental ************************** back in March 2025 to discontinue my dental discount plan, because I noticed that they charged me for February AND March~ after I was told a plan explanation by their *** in January 2025, that I would have to log into my member services portal and activate, continued services, after the 30 day initial coverage timeframe.I never did that back in January 2025, yet i was charged fees for February AND March and just found out from my bank, that they are attempting to gain funds from me for this month (April)!!I called ************************** today to resolve the fraudulent charges/issue, only to get the run around from the **** After getting tired of the nonsensical talk from the **** I asked the *** kindly, if I could speak to his supervisor. The *** obliged and to be honest, the supervisor sounded like the *** using a more professional, clear tone and verbiage. The Supervisor was very rude to me (over talked me) while I was attempting to tell him of the fraudulent matter on their end. I did get his name which is ****** ******** ~ in which could be fake, however, I did get his name for the purposes of knowing the name of who I was speaking with also, as well as for reporting both the *** AND the supervisor. I want my money back for a service that I did not use NOR did I re-sign up for as a continued service. That I was as told HAD TO BE DONE~ONLY by ME. In which, I did not do back in February 2025. This segway company for ***** is scamming people. And its not ethically proper in how they deal with the public who use the service. Please! Can someone at BBB help me (and MANY OTHERS Im sure) solve this issue.I can guarantee that many others have gone through this with **************************, as they plan to continue to do to others in the future.They need to be stopped!

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  Members subscribed to a month-to-month plan can take advantage of a short-term policy with maximum savings. Additionally, members can pay as they go without the obligation of a 12-month commitment. Cancellations can be processed by contacting a live agent via phone or through the designated member's area. To cancel, members must notify us at least five days before the upcoming billing cycle; otherwise, they will incur charges for the entire month of service. During enrollment, the member received a disclaimer outlining that plans are subject to automatic renewal and that payment is deducted five days before the expiration date. The plan has now been canceled, and no further payments will be processed. For any additional help, please feel free to contact the *********** Line at **************.

    I tried to discontinue my plan within the first ********************************************************************* received a refund. My member ID # is ******************** called ************** on February 26th to discontinue my plan and selected the reason for my call but for some reason I could not reach anyone. I also used the chat feature on the website to discontinue my plan on the same day and was unsuccessful. I was also informed that the "cancellation department is usually very busy."I also sent a snail mail and a follow-up email and have not heard back from the company.

If your plan auto-renews: Within the first 60 days of the auto-renewal date, we offer a full refund of the plan price, less the $20 processing fee.     My husband and I had a discount plan with DentalPlans.com since 2011. My husband got insurance elsewhere and I wanted to remove his name from this plan. I called on 1/27/25, spoke to ****, and was advised the only way to do this was to cancel our account and a refund of $99 would be processed via credit card used when last payment was made. I used a gift card and when the balance zeroed, it was destroyed. She advised that instead they would mail me a check for $99 and I should receive it within 30 business days. Never received. I called back twice, once on 3/4/25 and spoke to ******* and was told, again, that I would receive a check. Never received. I called today and spoke to ***** *. who advised that a credit was made on this gift card no longer in my possession and a check was not mailed. I was lied to twice regarding the refund and although I need a new plan for myself, would not trust this company and give them my credit card number. It is also amazing how prices change depending on who you talk to. This entire matter is bad business practice and I will no longer do business with this company. I am still owed $99 and there was never a "check in the mail!" You don't lie to long term customers.
