    The first day went fine, but the second day wasn't so great. The crew did not arrive until nearly noon on Saturday, despite our being told they would begin around 9A. Several things at our neighbor's house were damaged on this particular day, including the well and a brand-new chicken coop. They did try to repair the water lines to the well, however the work was completed poorly. In addition to leaving their trash behind, they also left debris scattered across my neighbor's yard. They were informed of the damage when they came by Tuesday to get their tractor, and that the neighbors should expect a visit on Saturday to discuss fixing the damage. As Saturday passed, neither Matt nor his partner showed up. On Monday, I contacted Matt yet again, & once more he told me he would visit on Tuesday. Since then, I've contacted Matt three times without getting an answer. Therefore, in addition to paying someone else to accomplish the task they failed to do, I now have to cover the costs of repairs brought on by Reece's Tree Service! I gave them one star because of their approval toward repairing the damage that their company caused, even though the work they did was fair.
