We then dispatched a technician to your property immediately to provide an indoor treatment on 4/1/24. We have not billed you for services that were not rendered.       This company is soliciting business in my sub division that has clearly posted sign it is illegal to do so. In addition they keep putting flyers in my home door that specifically has a sign visible saying no trespassing or soliciting yet they continue to violate my privacy and rights by leaving numerous flyers constantly

      I was a customer for 10 years, they slacked with their service and let chinch bugs eat my yard, when I started calling and emailing it took 3 weeks to get a service call, and they charged me for it. Now I'm left with dead grass to replace myself , they told me to wait 3 months and it might come back. When I complained too much they cancelled my service.

      The damage in the back lawn/side of the house was due to you willing killed your own crabgrass with roundup. You requested to cancel your service in an email dated 8/11/23. The manager did come to your property in 8/10/23 and his notes were as follows:

      "Hello *****, this is ***** with Your Green Team. Since a technician was out here on Wednesday to apply some potash to the area closest to the house where its bare. I'll place a service call to have them come out in two weeks to apply some more in that same area. I will also place a service managers call in 30 days to come out and check the progress and see what we need to do moving forward. The area on the other part of the backyard will definitely need to be resoded. If you have any questions please give us a call. Thank you and have a good day."

      I am rejecting this response because...your reasoning is that I killed the CRABGRASS myself, I did but there was no crabgrass before the bugs ate my grass and the crabgrass grew in place of that, I had to kill it so it would not spread all over, not sure what you expected me to do since nobody would come and talk to me. The right thing to do is to follow the whole timeline that was well documented and view the evidence instead of just stating I just killed my own grass. the photos attached were after the bugs came before it got worse while waiting for weeks for someone to show up while more grass was dying and the crabgrass grew in. I have asked over and over that I would like some sod to replace the dead grass, even ***** said in a service report that the sod would need to be replaced, isn't that part of the guarantee?

      We have reactivated your account and will be replacing some areas of sod as well. A technician will be dispatched to come treat the entire backyard with pesticide and fungicide thoroughly and apply potash on the entire backyard as well. The manager will come out to lay the new sod.

      We have used Your Green Team as a fertilizer, weed control, and pest control service since we first moved into our house in October 2022. We cancelled our pest control service with them back in March 2023 due to the large amount of bugs that we were getting and the paint damage that our house sustained from the chemicals that they had sprayed, but we continued to use their ***************** prevention. Our lawn is now over run with many sorts of weeds, including the extremely invasive clovers so we attempted to close out our remaining service last week. The company is now giving us the run around and is not proceeding with closing out our account. They have even come back to our house and performed another pest application and charged us for that service. I have a very long email chain where my wife and I keep asking for them to close out our account, but they keep saying that a site manager is attempting to call us, which is not true as we have not received a call from them. We feel like we are being held captive by this company, and we just want to move on and work with another company to repair the damage that Your Green Team has done to our lawn.

      I am rejecting this response because: We were charged on 7/18 after we had submitted the request to cancel. I've attached the invoice. Apparently, you all are attempting to call my wife's number instead of my number I keep providing to ******. My wife has been in non-stop meetings this entire week which is why I provided my number. I tried to call this afternoon, too, but was told that no one could get in touch with the branch manager and said he will call me back at some point. If a branch manager has to be involved to cancel out an account, then why is it so hard to get in touch with the manager? This is absurd!

The charge for 7/18/23 is for services that were already provided before you decided to cancel. As previously mentioned, we did not have a record of you requesting to cancel before 7/15/23.       I am rejecting this response because: So your statement prior was untruthful then. This is what you had said prior "After reviewing your account I see you just requested to cancel your account on 7/15/23. It is our company policy to have a manager reach out to a dissatisfied customer before finalizing the cancellation. During this time, your account is on hold and service will not be provided, and you will not be charged." Why was I charged after we had submitted a cancellation request in writing, especially, as you indicated, that our account would be put on hold and no additional services would be rendered. I would also like to note that we made every possible effort to reach out to you before 7/20, both by email and phone. My emails were met with rude and sarcastic remarks and I got the run around. This is clearly an attempt by your company to milk as much money as possible from us as you can. When we request IN WRITTING that we are cancelling our services effective IMMEDIATELY that means we do not with to have anymore services performed. It is bad enough that we have to spend more money to fix the excessive weeds that have taken over our yard while you were trusted to keep our yard healthy, but you have charged us for additional services after we had cancelled. Your company is nothing short of a SCAM!!!!

      This Company is a fraud! NEVER give them your credit card details.They advertise on ******** and videos saying 50% off for the first month and ****** explained the month runs from the day of service to 30 days until your next service then they will bill you and inbetween if you need extra service its 'Free", there is no such thing. They charged me $26.50 on March 23, 2023 when they came and just laid granular down no spraying, the tech said to call for service in two weeks they will come and spray to complete the service. Well, they came April 14 and sprayed (mind you it was only 21 days not even a month yet and they billed me $53 again! ****** had told me and confirmed by phone and text that the 30 days is from the first service to the next 30 days will be billed after service, Reaching receptionist doesnt help and you can go on ******** they just hop you around and say Tech will call. Messenger text they say Tech will not call as he does not schedule service and that my next service will be in May (ofcourse cause they want to bill me again!), What happened to the 'Free" follow up promised?? They are thieves whoever is managing this, its not the techs fault nor the workers they are doing their job but why does sales lie to you? Receptionist said she sent me an email with everything explained, I got no such email, I sent her a screen shot of the emails received by everyone during the time she said she sent it, I told her I was tired of this back and forth and to cancel services right away and she told me she will be charging me the half month since I did not stay for 120 days as in the agreement??? What agreement, she never sent anything except for sales ******************* taking my credit card info over the phone! And just granular laid down and one spraying and charging me $26.50 + $53 and is going to charge me another $26.50? Do NOT trust them, They do not want to resolve the issue. They are all about money do not care for your lawn or you as a person.

      We service between 21 to 30 days. when you first sign up we try to get out as soon as possible to provide you with treatment. I have attached the service summary from March so you can see we did provide more than just granular. After your first service we try to get you scheduled with people in your area. I have also attached the confirmation email from when you signed up, stating" Any cancellations of programs where discounts were given in the first 120 days will be billed to the customer for the amount discounted." Your account was also listed as a call ahead so you did receive a call the day before you were scheduled.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      ****** spoke to me on the phone and confirmed by ******** messenger text below as I specifically asked him how the 30 days worked as our first treatment was

      March 24th and I messaged him to call me which he did.

      He confirmed to me service is once a month and they will only take the payment after they do the treatment and it will be done same time as previous month thereby the

      30 day period.  And also said any follow up treatments that I need will be free.    They are lying about the 21 day billing, You can't bill in 21 days if you are on a monthly spray.

       I never received even a Welcome email from them, nothing until I asked on messenger after they billed me $53 for another month when only ***** days had gone by and I only got a granular spread on my lawn, the guys did NOT spray which they told us to call in two weeks thats why I called ****** to clarify that I wasnt going to be billed if they came to spray since that was owed to me in the 50% off that I initially paid $26.50.  They came to spray on April 14th which was supposed to have been done for that period and charged me $53!!   I called them and sent message through ******** messenger and was being shoved around in circles and the Receptionist just said it was my April bill so I told her how April billing when this treatment of spraying is my first treatment included in the $26.50 offered 50% off.??  She started a whole thing saying oh I sent you information and if you didnt read it thats on me and says billing ***** days, ummmm excuse me but No, nothing was emailed to me not even a Welcome customer email usually companies send you.   I sent her my computer screen showing all the emails received as she gave me the date as March 15th, they delayed in coming to me saying their truck broke down etc, thats not my fault, the message clearly told me that from the day of service it will be same time next month and after service they will charge my card.

Clarifying as we had our first treatment yesterday March 23, 2023 so our payment is good for 30/31 days correct and so the next bill would be April 23 or 24 th correct which would be good till May 23?

      They just put granular down and we are supposed to call in two weeks they said they will spray, so we are within the 31 day period so no charge right? Want to make sure and thanks"

      "The next service should be around the same time next month and that is when the next charge will be applied. Until then, any additional treatment you may need will be free :)"

      Not only did they take my $26.50 for the promotion they had which is fine but only put granular and owed me the spraying and when they did the spraying I was only ***** days in and they charged $53 on my card for that which was supposed to have been done with the granular.

      Now I see that they have taken money out of my credit card again on April 28th, 2023 of another $26.50 and when asked they say oh if you cancel before 120 days than we take the full payment and you were informed in the email, ummmm which email, the email you never sent me?? Lies to cover themselves, 

      so all I got was one treatment of granular and spraying and they stole $106 for it!   I want my money back and asking for compensation too now, been harrased with lying emails and being pushed from messenger to office and back to them, I am 70 yrs 6 months old with a brain anuerysm, high blood pressure, disability with oesteoarthritis and autoimmune disease and this is the way they treat a senior aging customer, shame on them, they are thieves!  And most of all, customers beware, DO NOT give them your credit card!

      You received the confirmation email on 3/15/24. Your first payment was not deducted until 3/24/23, the day after your first service was provided. We never stated we bill every 21 days. We bill once a month. You will never be serviced/billed more than 12 times a year. Full service was provided on your initial visit, as I attached your after service email with the technician's notes to our previous response. The service call that was placed was  specifically to go back out and treat weeds. As stated before we service between ***** days. We could never guarantee that your service would specifically be exactly 30 days from each visit. Our system is not designed to route this way, and we also consider any restricting weather and holidays. This is simply not something we can accommodate, and our representatives would never say we could.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I was sold this service March 15, 2023 and was confirmed by ****** that 30day period of billing is around same time of month after service provided.

      (See attachments provided. )

      They delayed coming until 23 March saying their truck broke down. 
      When they did come on 23. March they only put granular and told us to call in 2 weeks for spraying which was included in the service but they did not spray.

      We contacted them through ******** and they said they were arranging it, after a week waiting contacting them again was given run around and then they came on April 14 to just spray which was the part supposed to have been done March 23 AND then they billed us $53. This spraying was for the March treatment not done as ****** explained to me on phone and in writing through ******** messenger, I was told clearly and in writing, confirmation my month starts from the day of service to 30 days and inbetween if service needed would be Free with a smiley face he put in his message! Ha, they billed me $26.50 when I joined them March 15 but service provided was March 23 but only half service granular no spray and I double checked with ****** that they have just put granular and will come to spray and confirming no charge as I am still under ***** days and he confirmed! 
      As for them saying everything was in the email ****** said she sent March 15, I sent her screenshot of my computer emails, nothing was sent to me not even welcome email. When I signed the form sent to me through messenger it said I would receive an email with information and how service would work but received nothing as you can also see from attachment of my computer screen no email from them March 15 or after. Lies all lies! 

      I was sold a service and confirmed by ****** who ****** says he is the salesman and thats whats expected of service, they technically did one service granular and the spraying which was not done they came to do granular, But charged me full price and now recently charged me again another $26.50 on April 28 after I have already cancelled service with them and I paid $26.50 March 15th the first month as they offered half price off one month. 
      So for a granular and spray treatment first month I paid  is $26.50 offered and they have taken another $53+$26.50=$79 EXTRA and they have not done any other treatments not even follow *** as advertised, so I am disputing the $79 and want a refund as you can clearly see this is unfair! 

      Scamming people, Bad people, Bad Company!

      About a year or so ago I called this business and told them to stop putting flyers on my door. I came home today and found a flyer (see attached) in the handle of my front door. I am again requesting that the Your Green Team Inc company stop coming on my property and stop leaving trash on my front door. Please respond to this complaint and let me know that you understand what I am requesting and please tell me what you will do to ensure that your employees do not leave any more unsolicited literature on my property.

      I used this company for well over a year for lawn care. Always paid on time, never had any issues until it was time to move. I attempted to call them several times to cancel my service with plans on transferring the service to our new property address which was less than 2 miles away. I called them on Jan 18th @ 2:43PM to make them aware of the cancellation, they told me they would document the cancellation and to fill out the cancellation request via their online portal, which i did. I logged in the portal a week later and noticed that they were going to still attempt to charge my card. I called them again on Jan 26th at 9:46AM to let them know i seen that the services hadn't been cancelled on my account. Again, they assured me they were. After this, my card had fraudulent charges which resulted in my bank issuing a new card. The Green team called me on 2/16 and told me my card did not go through, I explained the situation with my debit card and and also told them I made attempts to cancel previously that they assured me was handled. They had performed one mow service in Feb, and since they did this, I agreed to pay for that one service since the service was indeed rendered. They refused the accept a partial payment but assured me they would continue to mow my vacant rental property. I told them it wasn't necessary as we no longer lived there. I informed them i was not paying for a whole month since i made multiple attempts to cancel with ample times per my contract. Now ************************************* is threatening collection if I do not pay, I paid ****** to avoid this collection. I only should have paid $26.28. Very shady business practice and I would like a partial reimbursement owed for their own internal/intentional errors. Very fishy stuff going on at this place. But at the very least, I would like to warn others publicly.

      Our company was informed that the customer wanted to cancel on 2/16/23. I have attached the documentation as well and an email chain between her and a customer service rep. ** were never informed prior to this date that the customer moved and wished to cancel. ** document accounts every time a customer calls. ** initially contacted the customer to collect payment due to their card being declined, and still in that call the customer never mentioned cancelling their account. Later that day is when she requested to cancel. I have also attached our new customer letter which was emailed to the customer on 7/16/21 explaining how our mowing services are billed.

      I told this company to stay off my property on May 12, 2021; September 7, 2021; September 29, 2021; and May 25, 2022.Despite this and the clearly posted "No solicitation/no door tags" sign, this company again trespassed on my property to leave advertising on March 6, 2023.

      I have been calling since August 2022 with an issue that the company burned half of my front lawn. I have given them so many opportunities to make it right and fix it since I was getting letters from the *** that it needed to be fixed. Now five months later, I get a phone call saying after several months and several phone calls that they are not going to fix it. Ive given them plenty of opportunities to take care of it before I reached out to the Better Business Bureau and today they finally called and said 100% they are not going to fix it . They have all records stating and recording that I have called since August and I have asked for an owner to call me so I would not have to file this claim. Finally got a last phone call this morning stating it was not going to be done and have a good day.
