              We ordered and prepaid for a filter over a year ago and it still has not been installed. I have called twice and both times were told I would be getting a refund. We also have a warranty and have made several appointments and each time this company is a no show. We are still experiencing problems and they have made no attempt to repair them.

              I contacted this company to inform them of a mistake that was during an install that was completed on our new build 5 years ago. The float switch on both units was wired incorrectly which caused an overflow of water and flooding from one unit. His response to me was that they can't believe what the report from another company shows because the other company's "like to bash other ac companies". This made me frustrated, and while getting emotional over the water damage caused in my 1 year old's room and flooring because of a mistake made by them he was completely unprofessional and told me to "let him finish" by continuing to tell me to go through the insurance company. I will admit to getting emotional over this situation. I received no empathy or consideration because it simply wasnt their problem anymore. I went on to say that in the very least they could have someone make sure the other units that were installed in our neighborhood were correct and he said ok "looks like we are done talking". Even if there was nothing that could be done, I expect a little more professionalism.
