    I am a single women on disability that needed help with having my glass sliding doors in my kitchen fixed. I saw the reviews online that were good and I had Supreme Sliding Doors give me an estimate of $5,000 to replace my glass sliding doors in my kitchen that is 60"X 80". "Arik" also known as ***** ***** one of the owners of the company, told me if I had it fixed it would be $1,178 and then changed it to $1,100 an hour later. Also an hour later the replacement fee went from $5,000 to $5,800. ***** said if i were to have them replaced they would deduct $1,100 in the future after getting the doors fixed. ******* labor consisted of replacing the rollers on the bottom of the glass sliding doors as well as replacing the door lock and adding a silver metal door handle on each side, also he grinded the bottom frame that had been dented up from the past. ***** arrived 2:30pm and completed the labor at 4pm. I called two other companies including talking to ***** at Pasco Window and Doors (At # ************) they estimated this complete work MAXIMUM $200 this is including tax. Then another company ********** (At # ************) I spoke to **** who gave me a MAXIMUM estimate of $285. I have been ripped off by a large amount and ***** said he was going to give me a good deal, meanwhile the large difference between $1,100 and estimate $300 and he changed the price of replacing the doors in the future by $800 within an hour is unprofessional and not only do I deserve a refund at least $800 but other customers should be aware of this horrible way of running a business and ripping people off. I called Supreme Sliding Doors office and spoke to ****** on December 26th 2024 and she said she would talk to the Manager ****, later on same day I received a call from ***** and I explained the entire situation and he refused to give me a refund of at least the difference of $800. I told him this would be a problem and that was the end of the conversation. I would appreciate refund $800.

    Morning, I understand and thank you for the information about taking legal action if needed. I did receive a call this morning from the owner *** at Supreme doors after he saw the online review, I left last night. I told him I wild call him after work he said he wants to reach a resolution. Hoping this happens today when I call him back later today. Thanks again for your help!
