Refund and Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY - APPLICABLE TO ALL CLASSES TAUGHT AT SOUTHERN TECHNICAL INSTITUTE - If you terminate or cancel your class for any reason, we will refund your payment according to the following terms and conditions: A.) If Southern Technical Institute does not accept your application or if you cancel within three (3) business days after enrollment and making initial payment, we will refund all monies paid. B) If you cancel after the 3rd business day of registering for a class, but cancel your class three (3) days before the 1st day of your scheduled class start date, we will refund all monies paid less the $50.00 registration deposit fee. C.) Absolutely no refunds can be made after the class has begun. Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination or receipt of cancellation notice. To cancel, you must notify us in person or by Certified Mail. This policy shall be in place for all CNA, HHA, Phlebotomy and EKG courses & programs.
CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES - In order to attend one of these classes, the fee for this class must be paid in full at time of registration. There are only a limited number of seats for these classes. Once this class is paid for in full, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS and the fee paid CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED to a future date. This policy shall be in place for all CPR, Med Tech, Online CEU Classes, HIV, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, Domestic Violence and Prevention of Medical Errors.
