I had my car towed to this facility and paid for a used engine to be put in the car. Engine was defective and caused damage to other parts under the hood. I was sold a defective engine with has caused around $8000 worth of damage to my vehicle . All he can give is phone number of places he got the engine from and calls have been unreturned. I feel humans the engine people are responsible for the damages to my vehicle

Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration you're experiencing with your vehicle. I take all customer concerns seriously and want to clarify a few important points in this situation.
When we discussed the engine replacement, you requested the most affordable option, which came with a limited 30-day warranty. I made sure to speak with the engine supplier on your behalf, but unfortunately, due to the timing of the request, the warranty had expired by the time the engine was installed. I understand this is disappointing, but this was communicated to you throughout the process.
Additionally, after the installation, the dealer indicated that the issue may not have been with the engine itself but rather with the timing belt, which could have contributed to some of the damage. I understand that this situation has caused significant inconvenience, and I truly wish I could have done more to prevent the circumstances.
Regarding the engine supplier, *** shared their contact information with you as soon as I received it, and I understand that they have not yet responded to your inquiries. I deeply regret that youre facing these challenges, and I will continue to follow up with them in hopes of finding a resolution.
Once again, I genuinely appreciate your business and the opportunity to address your concerns. Im committed to working towards a solution and am here to help however I can.
    Best regards,

I am rejecting this response because:

I purchased the used engine via credit card and it was paid to you.   You should have checked the car to see if it was the engine that was the problem. Then when installing the engine you should have checked over everything to make sure it's working.  You installed it and I broke down on the way home. **** ****** ********** here in ************** diagnosed a bad timing belt. Ran they engine through then discovered the engine was bad . It had some kind of pudry material that caused damage to a lot of things under the hood.

Over $8000 later here we are. All new parts under the hood with a car with non-working engine.  I communicated this via text and phone to get ahold of the engine supplier. Numerous attempts to contact you were unsuccessful. ** finally got a hold of you and you gave the name of the supplier after the end of a so called warranty. We both tried numerous times.  Now since you got paid **** the engine and you installed the defective engine you should be responsible for the repair charges I received from **********. Just feel like you should figure out a way for this to happen. It's not fair I used half of my life savings to repair this car and got nothing to show for it.
    Sincerely,
