    I ordered 1 bottle of Sciatisoothe around January first 2025. One bottle was $79.94. The company said because I had severe problems I should order the 3 bottle one so I did at $119.97. The product emphasized that it had a 180 day, no questions asked money back guarantee. I ordered it and it arrived January 13 and I started taking it on that day. The 180 day guarantee was over June 30, 2025. After one bottle, I called the company. They had reimbursed me for the postage and handling on the first bottle of $9.95. When I asked for my money back, they said "We already gave you all we are going to give you. I started writing and calling and didn't get any more reply. At that point, I refuted the charges on my credit card that was used. They got $79.94 refunded but when I wanted the $119.97 also, they reversed their decision and put the $79.94 back on my credit card bill along with the $119.97. When do companies get away with failing to give money that was guaranteed to be returned, no questions asked? The product did not work for me. I don't have the money to let this go. Please help. ***** ******

    this company claims it has help for ********, I have taken it for some time and found no relief. I think they should offer me a refund. How do they get away with selling this, and the price is not fair since it doesn't help to take this product

    I returned an unopened bottle of pills (costing $80) as my sciatic pain resolved through exercise. The company's website assures complete refunds. I priority mailed the product back to the company on 12/03/2024. What followed was a series of email exchanges with customer care, "promising to look into my request etc etc". At the time of priority mailing - I included the tracking number . I still await my refund of $80. I spoke to the manager of my local post office but alas the tracking numbers vanish from the system after a few months, thought I have kept the original receipt.

    I ordered this product on 1/9/25 & the payment came out of my acct on 1/14/25 & it was after that date that I received the product through the mail. The product did not work for me & the site says full money back guarantee no questions asked! So after the product didn't work i emailed them approx 2/16/25 after not getting a reply i called them & was told it has been longer than a month so I couldn't get a refund.

    I have been scammed, manipulated, belittled, threatened, and treated like an ignorant naive bothersome old lady. On Dec.15th2024, I watched an infomercial for a vitamin that's supposed to help sciatica pain. I am so embarrassed, as I'm sure others are, that I even watched the whole thing. I know if something sounds too good to be true, it is. Sadly, debilitating pain makes you a great ***** The add for the infomercial kept popping up EVERY TIME I was on the computer. After months, I broke down and watched it. My complaint is that I bought their product after reading the 100% money back guarantee, even the small print. Everything about this company is manipulating. I paid $294.99, received on Dec. 19th. I called to start the return process on Dec 26th. The customer care person was difficult to understand and the process was unprofessional and contentious. I told him the product was still in the sealed bottles. After offers of lower prices etc., I said I wanted to return it. Then he told me there was a 30% restocking fee. I asked to talk to someone who could remove that charge. He put me on hold several times said he was "talking to management". Finally, I was approved for a "full refund", then the return details started. They were ridiculous, clearly meant to scam people. I asked him to send an email with the details. He did, I followed them to the letter, sent them back Dec. 27th by **** I received proof of delivery on Jan. 3rd. 1 more phone call, return was on the way. Since then, emails with unprofessional language, verbal abuse and threats. I have kept all the emails. I do want my money back, but much more than that I want SOMETHING to stop the way they intimidate and manipulate people. I'm sure there are several victims that just give up. One message they said what I was doing was libel and slander! I was going to end up with legal fees...I don't fall for that kind of lie, but how many people do? There is no reason a return wasn't sent. This business is a SCAM!

    I purchased a bottle of sciatisooth supplement on 10/12/2024 under order nr DB94C52BAA and I paid a total of $79.94. I returned the item (intact & not open) with RMA provided (6F4A9A6FE76B). According to the **** tracking system, item was received on 11/13/2024 at return address provided (******************, P. O. *******************************). From the time they received the returned item up to this moment, they have not refunded me yet as they promised. Theyre just giving me a run around as indicated in our correspondence in the email.
