    Gulf Appliance Repair Inc worked on my washer and made two trips (april 12 and may 2nd), installing a new electronics board and a new water Bib to repair the leak. I also paid them $40 to move the door on my drier so that it opens to the other side.The repairs are completed. I was referred to them through my home warranty company, American Home Shield and paid $100 co-pay to AHS. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a service report including listing of parts installed. I have contacted their receptionist several times and never got the report that they promised to send. I contacted AHS and they were unable to get a report also.

    George is the worst representative of any company that I have ever dealt with. The issue was not resolved and all he did was complain and become verbally abusive on the phone. The conversation ended when I hung up on me. But he never canceled the appointment, they just did not show up. Take your business elsewhere! I hope ******************** stops doing business with such a terrible company

    Customer was scheduled to complete repairs on a Home Warranty claim. We serviced on June 4, 2022, and as the contract read, we submitted to the warranty company, and they supply parts. Parts arrived June 9th and it took us until June 14th to reach Homeowner and an appointment was scheduled for June 17 between 12-4pm per customer's request. When the tech arrived, no one was home and could not get in the gate as no one would answer the phone. When this happens, we charge a 60.00missed appointment fee finally we heard back from the homeowner on June 29th to schedule again. We did offer several appointment dates and times, but Homeowner was very rude and berating We ended up scheduling for July 5 10am - 2pm but then we received a call from the warranty company as he was also arguing with them because of the missed appointment fee which we offered to reduce by half to 30.00. Once that call was done Homeowner called me back and said he did not know he had another appointment scheduled and started arguing again so at this point we had enough of being belittled by a client. We canceled the appointment, informed the warranty company and returned parts as no one deserves to be treated in this manner. Yes, I did hang up on him as after 20 minutes being berated I had enough as many other clients were calling waiting to be serviced. I am sorry we could not service this homeowner as we did not get paid for our work and 2 hours dealing with phone calls.
