    On01/18/24.Greetings to all, I want to tell the truth of what is happening here in this Apartment where I have been living since December at Aspire Gateway *****************************************************************. Since the aforementioned date I and my family have been sending messages by mail to the manager to dilute the problem what is with the humidity what is in the room of my apartment is more and more wet all over the wall the maintenance people alone tell us that we have to take care of that they only come and clean the moisture from the wall and then everything comes back. I have already sent 4 reports to the manager today I told her that we can't live together, my sister is sick because she can barely sleep, I also have my 90-year-old mom, God forbid she doesn't get sick. Well, I just want solutions that ******* will move us to another apartment and she says she can't do that and the truth is that in this situation I don't want anyone else to be there. Here I am sending you the video so that you can see in the conditions that I am living and here in this apartment there is no one who cares about people.

    Poorly managed and not worth the money. Maintenance is not kept up. The gates that secure the property and are paid for by the tenants rarely work. The secondary tenant entrance is missing the gate all together. The place is simply has poor management, and they do not keep up the property like they advertise. We moved out with proper notice, paid our lease cancellation fees in full, and everything that was required of us. **** the manager issued our deposit check in the wrong names, and has still not gotten us our deposit check endorsed to us correctly. We moved out 10/31, and we are still waiting. Do yourself a favor and Do Not Rent in this community.
