I was making payments on a aluminum 2006 Nissan Murano then I started having problems with the first time i think it was April 30 2021 I took it to he is mechanic and the mechanic fix the problem it was the belt.I thought the problem was over on May 11 2021 I was on my way to work when my car started to move slow like it was running out of gas but i had a half a tank. I ask the man who I got the car from can he gave me another until he fix my car right he told me no so I left the car there. The saleman said he know what wrong with it about four days later i call to check on the car because the saleman haven't call me to tell me anything thing the saleman accuse me of breaking the car after I told him there was something wrong with the car. So now the saleman put that same car back out the for sale that is not right I want Justice I would like to have my money back the down payment I made for the car and the payment i made for the car to. I am a CNA and this is my first time ever going though something like this I hope you can stop him for sale car to another he is not right taking money from hard working people who just trying to make a living. I hope you can on to his place of business to see what I am talking about.
