  Horizon did 2 bathroom remodels for us . They were professional and friendly. We are very happy and satisfied customer .

  We love our screen in porch. I was told it would take up to 6 to 8 weeks and it was finished in 1 day on the 6th week. It looks really nice. The guys did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards.

  It was so worth the wait!! Due to a shortage of glass it took longer than expected. However, I absolutely love my sunroom. It is gorgeous and I am 100% pleased with the finished product. The service and professionalism I received are nothing that I can find fault with. If you are thinking of having a sunroon addition, look no further the HORIZON!!

  We signed a contract for a new door, windows, and minor roof work for a sunroom in April 2022, paid 50% up front, and were told our project would be completed by or in August 2022. In January 2023 most of the work was finally complete after nonstop phone calls. I say most because eventually we hired a second company to complete the work and finished some things for ourselves. Materials were left in our yard through the entire process, and the windows leaked after installation and had to be fixed.
  Through the entire 9 month process it was excuse after excuse, and some blatant lies. We were told twice that they were waiting on the county permit to be approved. Eventually we contacted the Okaloosa County permit office and there had been no permit filed with them for our property. Horizon tried to backtrack this excuse by blaming a front desk person for not knowing details.
  Excuses we got ranged from schedule is full, salesmen don't make the schedule, pipe burst in the office, piped burst in a worker's home, someone quit, hurricane slowed window shipping times, materials trailer had a flat tire, forecast said rain (it didn’t rain all day), and even a delivery truck parked in front of your windows so we can’t get to them today. It was a running joke what excuse we were going to get this time.
  Several occasions we were told workers would be at our house "first thing in the morning", by 11am we were having to call asking where they were. We took several days off work to stay at home when no one showed up.
  Horrible experience from start to finish, had to hire a second company to complete the work, and even did some of the finishing touches ourselves just to be finished dealing with Horizon.
  If you value your time, money, sanity, and a professionally ran business I would recommend looking elsewhere!
  Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating I can leave.
