    This company will do anything for a sale. I was happy with my ADT before these guys came alone. The sales guy made me believe he was a rep with ADT and that I qualify for upgraded services and a free doorbell camera because my equipment was old. When the tech came out, no logo for ADT or any company at that. Hooked up everything and had me to sign a contract and gave me a card with Alarms Direct INC name on it once he was half way out the door to leave. That's when I was informed that I was switching companies, he also informed me that I no longer have ADT and my account will me closed. Now I'm stuck paying 2 companies and ADT is telling me they still see my service hooked up on their network, also my alarms are days behind, which is interfering with my family safety. And this new company basically stole their network and there is no way they can see my alarms. The corporate number rings a cellphone to a lady that doesn't answer but calls you right back. There is no call center or customer service hotline. Only person I can speak with outside of "corporate" is my lying account rep that started all this mess. Now ADI (Alarms Direct) is telling me I'm stuck in a 3 year contract (that I never received to this day and only had 3 days to cancel from day of install, which wasn't told to me the day of) with a company I never intended to do business with and they have my debit card number. The lady Lauren from "corporate" never called me back and never sent over a contract weeks later. Also, what I signed was a empty block of signature, no contract was shown to me at signing, just a sign area. I want out of this contract and a full refund of whatever money was paid from day 1. Thank you
