      Roof Install April 2024
      I paid $16,044.52 for a brand new roof for my home in Orlando Florida. The roofing company had an incident while onsite putting my roof up. The broke a pipe FROM the roof, which busted through the ceiling of my first floor bathroom. The roofing company stated they fixed the pipe, but they did not. They pushed the broken pipe back up in the ceiling and patched the hole closed.
      This pipe was attached to my second floor's bathroom TUB. The broken pipe has cause category 3 water damage to both my bathrooms and renovation will be required.
      I have had to file a claim with my insurance company to get this resolved and reached out to the MySafeFlorida Program for assistance with next steps for this concern.
      I have also been told, just today- June 24th, that the roof is lifting on the sides :(
