We are committed to owning, and managing permanently affordable, safe and well-maintained housing for low and moderate-income persons in our service area.
CEII is a vehicle to facilitate the flow of capital, credit and financial services to under served populations in our service areas. We promote economic revitalization and community development in local rural and urban communities by enhancing the ability of existing businesses to expand their operations and for entrepreneurs to start new business ventures through a variety of loan products. We specifically target low-income neighborhoods, and improvements in economically distressed areas.
It is our overall goal to build strong, viable families and communities. We support individual responsibility and seek to empower all those we serve.
