  Above and beyond! Had Kimmons plumbing replace a water heater and discovered I had a bad breaker. Mr. Kimmons was a pleasure to work with saved me a lot of time and trouble by sending a crew out the next day and went above and beyond to replace the breaker (despite it being the responsibility of an electrician). Cade and Adam did a great job with the install and Jeremy resolved my bad breaker. Great company to do business with and I highly recommend!!

  Jeremy ,Donnie, Adam and Cade knocked it out of the park, They did a complete replacement of a 60 year old cast iron system among other things. These guys are genuinely awesome people. The work is outstanding. They have done work for our family for years and will as long as they are in business.

  Excellent job as always by Tommy Kimmons team. Today Cade and Adam did an excellent job of replacing and repairing the facets in 2 of my bathrooms. Thank you for Jeremy recommending that we flush my tankless water heater as well. I highly recommend Kimmons Plumbing to anyone in the Pensacola area for your plumbing needs from this highly skilled and extremely polite team of plumbers. **** *****

  Cade and Adam came today to fix a broken, leaking pipe. They repaired the pipe quickly and professionally and soon I had running water again. The people at Kimmons Plumbing are honest and stay in touch about an appointment and all possibilities.

  A big thank you to the Kimmons plumbing team of Cade and Adam for their professional and courteous job replacing our water heater. They were both very knowledgeable, honest and have a great work ethic. When we need future repairs we will definitely be calling them.

  Needed three outdoor faucets replaced. Called Kimmons Plumbing and it was great to have Mr Thomas answer the call personally. The next day, he dispatched two of his crew: Cade and Adam. When they arrived, they explained the process so that I would understand the solution. Both were very polite and knowledgeable, and I'm very pleased with their workmanship. It's a relief to have a reliable plumbing company to call for future repairs!

  I was referred by one of Tommy's competitors, as they couldn't get to me till after the weekend. Human and skeptical, I made the call. Mr Kimmons picks up immediately and is skilled in listening to my needs. It was 10am ish and he told me, if nothing unforeseen happened, he'd have a crew out in 4hrs max. Maybe a little early... said crew showed up. Crew had names. Kade and Adam. Was completely taken back, as both had the same compassion and listening of my concerns. Both young. Craftsmanship was that of experienced technicians, and their ability to put your concerns to rest, totally on point and money well spent! Great job passing it down Tommy .... gives me hope!

  Great job in fixing toilet leak, and in correcting a previous plumber’s shoddy work. Guys worked upstairs without air conditioning in a 115 year old house. Still gave me the senior citizen discount! Well done guys.

  I called Kimmons for a repair I needed under the house (had a pipe that was leaking) I sent him a picture of the leak and he said it could take 2 hours or it may only take less than an hour and quoted me his hourly rates, which were extremely reasonable. He sent out Cade and Adam, and my repair was completed in less than 1 hour and I was charged exactly what he quoted on the phone (Tommy, owner) I was very please with their work, they were professional and more than helpful. They truly live up to their motto of providing service with honesty and integrity....I won't use any other plumbing company from this point on and I highly recommend them!
