    On March 14 we started dealing with this company and here it is May 1st and we are stil trying to get our water heater replaced. Hogan's was dispatched to my home to diagnose our water heater and toldmy wife that we need a new water heater and he would be back the next day to replace said water heater. This company refused several times to submit a Diagnostic report to our warranty company after collecting the service fee, and then refused to return phone calls. He then ghosted us for several days, finally someone reached out to us and told us the tech (my Dad) was in a terrible accident, broken ribs and broken ankle and would not be able to repair our water heater anytime soon. We went round and round with thiss guy asking for a refund at which he refused. We would not recommend using this company as they lack integrity and really are more worried about losing 200K year in revenue than pleasing a customer and returning $65.
