    Nearly one year ago (12/28/2022), I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. Upon leaving the dealership, I discovered several problems with one of the vehicles that ultimately put my life in jeopardy. Thankfully, no harm occured and the dealership corrected what they could. I took care of what remained, except one problem with the taillights that the original salesman assured me that we could address on my next visit a in a couple of months. I discussed the extent of my concerns/safety issues during a phone call with the salesman (Kaleb) 2 weeks & 3 days after purchase (on 1/14/22). At no point did Kaleb tell me that the vehicle would need to be repaired at the facility within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, that is exactly what I was told "usually" has to happen by Sarai, a service associate, when I took the vehicle in for it's first oil change in April. According to inspection, the taillights did not work properly because they both had cracks in them which explained the build up of water in each of them. Sarai assured me that she would call me directly as soon as she has an answer from the sales team. It is 7 months later and I am still awaiting her return phone call and an answer to the multiple emails messages I have sent to the team, including the sales manager. While the sales manager, Kenny Yates, started out being helpful, he soon stopped communicating with me just as his team did. Ultimately, they all continued to remind me that they are a Mazda dealership, not Ford, even though that's the make they sold to me. The dealership is still responsible for selling a vehicle that is safe for the road which they failed to do. They have also failed to make amends for the faulty taillights. I truly wish that I never had to make this complaint as they seem like a great team of individuals, and I initially enjoyed working with them.
