      This dealership sold my daughter a new car with swirl marks all in the paint all over the car not just a little spot. They blew it off as not a big deal. When you purchase a new car the paint should not be damaged. They marked up the msrp by 2,000.00 when they did the contract. They have lied about every solution they offered or said they would do to get her another car. She still has the car with the messed up paint. They tried to write up another contract for another car only robbing her of her trade in and a credit of 995.00 they said they were going to give. They said they reduce the sale by 2,000.00 but could not show where it was at and also said they gave her a credit for the trade in but could not show me where or how they gave the credit. Then after pressing them they say that was the old deal. No the old deal you sold a car with messed up paint less than 2 weeks ago. They said that is now a used car. That is not our fault. They also had an amount of 3,000.00 added on to cost with no explanation. They are very dishonest to the point of lying over and over talking in circles trying to confuse you to the point where most would probably give in but my back ground is financial management so I did not. These people from the salesman on up are dishonest, liars. They are crooks. How they can wake up and look at their self in the mirror in the mornings is beyond me. They apparently have no conscience or care about customer service and repeat customers. I would not ever recommend this dealership.

      I was interested in a non new vehicle at this dealership. Was going to put $ down to hold it until I could get my financing in order. They would not hold a used car. Did auto financing thru the dealership...BIG mistake as i realized within 24 hours that vital monthly financial information was missing. I informed them of this error but they never redid the contract so am now paying an exorbitant finance charge. I believe this has reflected negatively on my credit score, which was 835. Also was misinformed over some under $500 warranty offer only to find that the amount on the paperwork was $3996. After i called and said "take it off many times, it was removed. After having vehicle for 2 weeks, was dead on the 15th day. Called the salesman who should have said 'bring it in, we'll give you a new battery" but no, his response was "that's not under warranty.". : FIFTEEN DAYS. Also they lied to me about a prepayment penalty, that i had to keep the loan for 90 days, only to find out that is not true but they would not get credit for the financing if not held 90 days. VERY unpleasant transaction.

      Chris was an outstanding salesperson right from the beginning. So we came to Cadillac and I got out and stood out in front of a Black Cadillac and within seconds Chris was there introducing himself to me. So we looked at the Black one, he moved it up by our car so we could hop in and test drive it. I immediately fell in love with it. Chris was explaining every button in the car and every detail, features the car had. I was sold. Chris was very informative and very easy to talk to and listened to our questions we had. Chris was so pleasant and a little humorous too which made our initial tension disappear so we could enjoy the tour thoroughly. Additionally, Shelli really was helpful in the setups for our OnStar, SirrusXM Radio, and MyCadillac App. We can not believe how much technology this car has, thanks Shelli for all your great expertise and patience with teaching us all these new things. Christopher was so knowledgeable about the car, we just really knew so much by then, we were ready to buy it. So we went inside to do the financial and get it started. I have never had such a pleasant experience with this part of buying a car, Jack was also knowledgeable and calm, just a very nice guy I have ever met. Before we knew it, Chris was outside handing us the keys to the car, and the photos were being taken. We were so excited and proud to be the New Cadillac Owner’s in Pensacola. This is our retirement car and our dreams come true. I really don't think I would have bought the car hade it not been for Chris and his inviting attitude that just made me want to go for it. Thanks Chris, we really appreciate your support and patience with us.

      I was recommended to visit Mr. Pink at step one automotive Buick, GMC Cadillac of Pensacola. I let him know my situation and how I needed a vehicle he took advantage of the opportunity he was given by someone who was in need and not wanting. He told me I needed a cosigner so I got my father and decided to put my cosigner as the main purchaser without telling me and forgetting to mention that i was no longer on the loan. So I am not on the loan on the vehicle I am paying for and to make things worse He also wrote his own review on Google on my phone and have the audacity to ask me to proof read it. This has to be by far the worst experience I have ever had shopping for a vehicle, and I worked in the car industry before selling Toyotas. I would never recommend this dealership, nor Mr. Pink to anyone ever. very aggressive and sleazy. a good friend recommended me to him and I am afraid to let them know how I feel about this happening. I let John Lassiter the GM know what happened and all he had to say was he was not involved (I have it recorded) so he can't speak for anything or anyone (John was the one who presented the pencil/numbers to me so I'm not sure how he isn't involved). I'm not sure if he knows he is the general manager, which means he represents the entire dealership but who am I to tell people what their titles mean. I'm just a customer who was taken advantage of at step one automotive Buick GMC Cadillac of Pensacola step one automotive in my book does not a have a good look. After trying to go back and resolve this issue, they told me politely to go kick rocks and try to put me in a used 2017 vehicle, again and for the final time would not recommend step one
