    I have been had! Valued Movers gave me the worst move of my life and they should not be in business any longer!
    They do not deserve even one star! They lost the power cord to my tv, so as it stands I cannot
    watch TV at all! Not only did they mess up my TV, I cannot use my $1400 recliner properly as they lost the cord to that! Recliner cannot move! I am beside myself. Currently in touch with Haverty's to see if they can get this power cord for this model number that is now six years old!
    I found one of my two bed rails uninstalled. Just left it there under the bed. Owner says she will send the guy back to do it right, I told her I just made up the bed, clean sheets and blanket and do not want them coming to fix it and get it all torn up and dirty!
    I was charged well over $1000 to move in to a 2br, 2 bath. Furniture banged up and boxes turned upside down!! A complete mess to open and unpack. I was in business for 10 years and had a BBB rating of A+. I know how to treat my customers and do the job right! Too bad Meghan has no business sense and just wants to make excuses for her employees instead of making it right the first time. I hope for other people's sake this company does not take anybody else, other than the ones below and the ones we do not even know about! There is NOTHING of Value in this moving company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

    If I could leave no stars, I would do so!!! Megan is not customer service oriented. I saw their ad on Thumbtack for $85 for labor. No response, but I found their website. When I chatted on their website, Megan proceeded to tell me it was $100 for just moving a sofa to the back of my truck. A mere 15 minutes job. Instead, she then said it would cost me $105 now. I had no choice because I needed someone to load it. Someone else showed up so I called to cancel. She then said no refunds at all. She said it was stated on the website. I couldn't find it anywhere that all funds were non-refundable. Then, not only that, they require a deposit which is not really a deposit but you pay upfront before the service is done.
    Horrible practice for sure. She needs to get educated that a deposit is not the whole amount but a partial amount then customer pays remaining balance when the job is completed.
    I'm so inclined to believe all these "rave reviews" are all FAKE!!
    I asked her to at least refund half my money because they didn't do the job.
    DON'T RELY ON THE FAKE REVIEWS!!!
    I will be reporting this company to BBB to get my money back. If she refuses, she'd better believe that I will blast it all over social media on their thieving ways to get your money.

    This company is a rip-off. They told me and had me sign a contract, to an agreed amount t. They were late picking up my furniture, then they held my furniture for ransom, for a coughed up additional amount to recieve my furniture. I moved from chicago to Texas and they kept and auctioned off my furniture because I would not pay additional monies.
    They are a bull crap company.
    Use them, you will lose.
